Extras: A highchair and one portable cot are available upon request. Availability is limited and cannot be guaranteed. The portable cot comes with a soft base only; no additional mattress, linens, or bedding are provided.

Access: There are a few steps at the entrance of the property.
Parking: The front yard driveway can accommodate 2 cars — one under the carport and one in the uncovered section. Additional 24-hour free street parking is available nearby.

CCTV: CCTV is installed at the property and faces the main entrance.
Apartment Condition: As the property is regularly enjoyed by guests, some areas may show minor signs of wear and tear but remain fully functional.
Nature & Pest Control: Australia is a nature-rich country, and occasional insects are inevitable despite our regular professional pest control. Insect spray is provided at the property for your use. Should you encounter an unusual amount of pests, please contact us so we can assist.

We had an amazing stay at Emma and Roger’s property. The house was lovely and was in an amazing location, just a short stroll to the Leura mall. The hosts were friendly and accomodating, and even let us check in early due to availability. I would definitely stay again!

Strategic Location, Excellent Amenities, But Room for Small Improvements We overall enjoyed our stay at this property! The location is exceptionally strategic, we loved having Woolworths, shops, a sauna, cafes, and restaurants all within short walking distance, making daily errands and meals effortless. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything needed to prepare meals at home. However, a couple of operational details could be improved for a more comfortable stay: Garbage Bags: Only one garbage bag per day was provided, which felt insufficient for a family stay. Having 2 or 3 spare bags available would make keeping the place tidy much easier. Privacy Concern: None of the toilet doors have locks, which made our family feel somewhat uncomfortable and compromised privacy during our stay. With a few small tweaks to guest privacy and basic supplies, this would be an outstanding place to stay. Recommended for its unbeatable location!
