Great location, within easy walking distance of Pacific Fair, the beach & a good selection of restaurants. We really enjoyed the views towards the river & hills. The apartment has spacious lounge & kitchen areas, with the kitchen equipped with all the basics. Air conditioning worked well, & having a washing machine/dryer was very convenient. There is 1 onsite car space. There is 1 bathroom with a toilet, plus a separate toilet. The 2 outdoor balconies are quite small, although one has a table & 2 chairs, making it a nice spot to sit outside. We found the bedrooms a little cramped, although the beds were comfortable. The key needs to be collected from a business approximately 350m down the road, rather than directly from the property. We stayed at the start of the school holidays when demand was at its peak. While we understand the $500 per night reflected the timing, outside of this peak period I would reconsider whether the property represents good value.
Excellent location and the apartment was clean and tidy. The only downside was the check-in process. Having to collect the key from a separate location, where parking was also difficult, made the process a little inconvenient. It also would have been great to have more than one key card. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Veldig fin leilighet i broadbeach med god beliggenhet. Verter svarer fort på melding! Det eneste jeg har utsette var at enkelte fasiliteter ikke fungerte som det skulle, oppvaskmaskin, tørketrommel og støvsuger.
