• Kitchen – Fully equipped with essential cookware. Condiments not provided.
• Climate Control – Split-system air conditioning is available in the living room and both bedrooms, providing comfortable climate control throughout the apartment.
• Connectivity – Free Wi-Fi is provided (speed and reliability may vary).
• Entertainment – A Smart TV is available in the living room. Please note that streaming service accounts and technical support for connectivity are not provided.
• Extras – We provide starred hotel linens and a starter pack of toiletries (approx. 3-day supply), along with instant coffee and tea bags.

Access & Parking

• Building Access – The building is equipped with lift access.
• Parking – Includes 1 free secure underground parking space (Max height 2.1m); not suitable for oversized vehicles.
• EV Charging – Available for $20/night. Please request access at the time of booking.

Check-In & Other Important Information

• Check-in & Key Collection – Self-check-in is via a KeyNest point located at N-Less Washing Laundromat (Dickson). It is open 24/7 and is approximately an 8-minute walk or a 4-minute drive from the building.
• Room Allocation – During peak periods or unforeseen circumstances, guests may be relocated to a similar apartment within the portfolio.
• Area Notice – As this is a new precinct, minor daytime maintenance or construction in the area may be noticeable.
• Apartment Condition – As the property is regularly enjoyed by guests, some areas may show minor signs of wear and tear but remain fully functional.
• Nature & Pest Control – Australia is a nature-rich country, and occasional insects are inevitable despite our regular professional pest control. Insect spray is provided in the apartment for your use. Should you encounter an unusual amount of pests, please contact us so we can assist.
