Check-in & Key Collection: Key collection details will be provided prior to arrival. The key collection location is only a 3-minute walk from the building.
Room Allocation: During peak periods or unforeseen circumstances, guests may be relocated to another apartment of the same quality and standard. We will notify you if a relocation is necessary.
Apartment Condition: As the property is regularly enjoyed by guests, some areas may show minor signs of wear and tear but remain fully functional.
Nature & Pest Control: Australia is a nature-rich country, and occasional insects are inevitable despite our regular professional pest control. Insect spray is provided in the apartment for your use. Should you encounter an unusual amount of pests, please contact us so we can assist.

We cannot always guarantee access to the facilities due to occasional repairs, maintenance, or other issues managed by the Body Corporate.
We are a professional property management team and are available to assist you throughout your stay.
We are primarily available via the booking platform and will respond to your messages promptly between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM (AEST, Brisbane time).
For urgent matters, you may also contact us by phone, and we will do our best to assist as quickly as possible.
We respect your privacy and generally do not meet guests in person unless required.
Please note that on-site assistance may be limited and subject to availability.
It is a spacious unit, bigger and better than we thought it would be, It also has appropriate furniture, including a decent-sized dining room table with 4 matching chairs. The kitchen was full-sized and had a good 4-burner gas stove with oven; also a microwave, plus a normal kitchen fridge. It had everything that we needed - except some things that we thought should have been there, and weren't eg a couple of medium to small saucepans (there was only 1 very big one), tongs, egg flipper, hand wash at the sink, face washers in the bathroom (good bathroom though), a second reading lamp in the bedroom with side table. Hopefully, the hosts have now remedied these things. They know about our thoughts, which we conveyed while there. IGA, Coles and Woollies are nearby, and a bottle shop or 2. C and W are in West Village in West End, a short walk down Boundary Street where there are quite a few restaurants as well. Walking to Southbank and the cbd is pretty easy too.
Stay was great! The place has amazing views. The photos didn’t do it justice until we walked inside. Really great place to stay, close to everything. & super clear instructions of check in and parking and checkout etc. Really happy 😊
It’s a great place to stay. Having a parking space was really helpful. Easy check in and check out. Great proximity to the city. Quiet spot. Comfortable bed. Didn’t have time to try the pool or the gym but liked knowing they were there if I did have time
