Master Bedroom: Features 1 queen bed with a private ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: Features 2 Single Beds.
Additional Bedding: An extra folding bed is available upon request for a maximum occupancy of 5 guests. A fee of AUD $50 per night applies, including bedding and one bath towel. The folding bed must be booked for the entire duration of your stay.

Separate Living Area: A comfortable living room featuring a lounge, TV, and dining area.
Private Balcony: A private balcony offering a pleasant outdoor space to relax.

Bathrooms: 2 bathrooms. The master ensuite features a walk-in shower and toilet, while the second bathroom includes a shower over a bath and toilet.

Extras: We provide starred hotel linens and a starter pack of toiletries (approx. 3-day supply), along with instant coffee and tea bags.
Building Access & Parking
Access: The building is equipped with lift access.
Parking: Complimentary basement parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking spaces are shared and cannot be reserved.
Important Information
Check-in & Key Collection: Key collection is located approximately 600 metres from the apartment. Full check-in instructions will be provided prior to arrival.
Additional Bedding: An extra folding bed is available upon request for AUD $50 per night, including bedding and one bath towel. The folding bed must be booked for the entire duration of your stay.
Room Allocation: During peak periods or unforeseen circumstances, guests may be relocated to another apartment of the same quality and standard. We will notify you if a relocation is necessary.
Apartment Condition: As the property is regularly enjoyed by guests, some areas may show minor signs of wear and tear but remain fully functional.
Nature & Pest Control: Australia is a nature-rich country, and occasional insects are inevitable despite our regular professional pest control. Insect spray is provided in the apartment for your use. Should you encounter an unusual amount of pests, please contact us so we can assist.

Good location and easy to get around within walking distance
Stayed 4 nights and absolutely loved the place. Very spacious and clean. Hosts were very kind and responsive. Would definitely stay again!
Great house, walkable to beach, clean rooms and bathrooms
We had a great stay at Emma and Rodger's apartment. It was neat and tidy and had comfortable beds. Just a short walk to the beach and shops was convenient. Thank you Emma and Rodger.

Had a wonderful stay. Ideal location, walking distance from where the action is😀. The place is nice and neat. 9th floor unit also perfect as it is not noisy when kids are swimming in the pool. Hosts are very responsive - highly recommend this place.
Emma & Roger’s place is super clean, and so complete. Everything we need is there. The location is only 10 minutes walk to the center of Surfers Paradise, where we can find many restaurants to choose for dinner. Emma is also very responsve and helpfull. It’s easy to find the place to take the key, and also their place. The view from their place is also amazing with ocean view. I think our problem is only with too many suitcases that we brought, and because we didn’t rent or drive a car, we have to store our suitcases first in the luggage store, because we arrive long before the check in time, and it’s hard to bring so many suitcases with about 10 minutes walk. So if you bring many suitcases it’s better for you to manage your arrival time after the check in time (3:00 pm), or to drive your own car because it will be easier and the parking is free. Overall, the stay was okay. The location was very good, and the cleanliness was acceptable. However, there was some noise from the neighbours, as well as daytime noise from activities at the nearby resort. Overall, a reasonable stay.
