Important Information
Check-in & Key Collection: Key collection is just a 1-minute walk from your building entrance and operates 24 hours.
Room Allocation: During peak periods or unforeseen circumstances, guests may be relocated to another apartment of the same quality and standard. We will notify you if a relocation is necessary.
Apartment Condition: As the property is regularly enjoyed by guests, some areas may show minor signs of wear and tear but remain fully functional.
Nature & Pest Control: Australia is a nature-rich country, and occasional insects are inevitable despite our regular professional pest control. Insect spray is provided in the apartment for your use. Should you encounter an unusual amount of pests, please contact us so we can assist.

Please be advised that the rooftop plunge pool in Tower 3 is currently closed and is expected to reopen on 26 June 2026.
Please abide by the Body Corporate by-laws while using the facilities in public area. We cannot always guarantee the access to the facilities due to occasional repair, maintenance or any other issues conducted by the Body Corporate.
We are a professional property management team and are available to assist you throughout your stay.
We are primarily available via the booking platform and will respond to your messages promptly between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM (AEST, Brisbane time).
For urgent matters, you may also contact us by phone, and we will do our best to assist as quickly as possible.
We respect your privacy and generally do not meet guests in person unless required.
Please note that on-site assistance may be limited and subject to availability.

Damages

Consequences

Illegal Activities
Strict Policy
Illegal activities, including drug use, are strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in immediate eviction, forfeiture of all fees, and notification to the authorities.
Liability
Guests are responsible for any damages or additional service costs incurred.

Building Facilities & Fire Safety
Facilities
Access to building amenities may be unavailable due to maintenance or building management. Please follow all building by-laws.
Damage to Common Facilities
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to common facilities or shared areas of the building. Any repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.
Fire Alarms
Tampering with or covering smoke alarms is illegal. An AUD $150 inspection and cleaning fee will apply if interference is detected.
Emergency Call-outs
If guest actions trigger a fire brigade response, the call-out fee (approximately AUD $2,000) will be charged to the guest.
Cooperation
Guests must cooperate with any fire safety inspections required by the building.

Recovery

Great views, reasonably comfortable bed, ( great for solo, too soft to have 2 people in it) , 10 min walk from South Brisbane train station and enroute from where the keys are kept for pick up. Lots of food options on the ground floor or short walk to Fish lane.

What a beautiful place to stay. It felt right at home. I cannot recommend this place enough. Such a stunning view, great location and loved the sauna and pool in the the building. Very responsive and helpful host. Thank you for making my stay in Brisbane so lovely!
We had a great stay overall! The location was amazing, with beautiful views and easy access to everything. The apartment had very good facilities and everything we needed for cooking, which made our stay really comfortable. Communication with the hosts was excellent as well — very friendly, responsive, and the instructions were super clear and easy to follow. The only small downside was that the lockbox to collect the apartment key was quite far away, especially when carrying a lot of luggage like we were. Apart from that, everything was fantastic!
This apartment is very conveniently located, which made it easy to get around the city. It has beautiful views, nice outdoor areas and looks exactly like the photos. There is some wear and tear, and it could benefit from a few more homely touches and basic amenities such as a dish rack, salt and pepper, and additional shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The only real downside was that there was no Wi-Fi, which we only found out about right before arriving also only one key to get in. Overall though, it was a good stay.

I stayed for 2 nights and it was great, the check in was super easy and had personal parking, it’s a great location in walking distance of so many restaurants and a great view, the whole apartment was super clean and nice the shower was great too. And check out was the same super easy, highly recommend staying here.
