Exploring Barossa Valley is straightforward. You can bring or rent a bike to enjoy the scenic Barossa Bike Trail. Taxis are readily available for local travel. Driving offers the best flexibility to explore the area, with just a 1-hour drive from Adelaide Airport to the property, making it convenient to reach all the local attractions and highlights.
Living with Nature
Our home is located in the beautiful South Australian countryside, where we share the land with local wildlife. While we have professional pest control services regularly, it is impossible to keep every insect out 100% of the time, especially during or after heavy rain when they seek shelter indoors.
If you have a significant phobia of insects or expect a completely bug-free environment, a rural stay might not be the best fit for you. We appreciate your understanding of the authentic country lifestyle!

The entire house but not the vinery farm
5 stars all round, perfect for our group who were exploring Barossa.
Great stay in the heart of the Barossa, perfect location for exploring the region. Great place for groups!
Nice place, good view, quiet and peaceful, just an arrow’s distance from town centre, easy to get anything we need. Glad to recommend.
Beautiful spot. Quiet and spacious. The house is well equipped with everything you need. Fire was wonderful!
Very comfortable stay for our family trip with 9 of us. Great outdoor space for the kids to run around. Large wood burning fire and central heating kept us warm in the evenings. Very close to Tanunda and surrounding wineries made wine tasting lunches easy
amazing home close to all the wineries and Barossa valley. was very clean and spacious having 5 bedrooms very friendly and quick comms. will definetly reccomend and stay again. thanks again for a great stay
Lovely place near a few wineries. Very rural feel at the house. Everything was clean and ready to use, though there were a couple of dirty dusters left around the dining table, and a sign saying enjoy the complimentary wine but no bottle in sight! A trivial observation but probably better no sign if no wine! If planning a longer stay be aware there is only the bare minimum provided in the kitchen. Overall, not a cheap stay and no frills, but enjoyable nonetheless.
Great place to stay with a couple of families. Everything needed for a comfortable stay. A nice and peaceful location.
Lovely house and location, so close to the main street of Tanunda and the wineries. Great house for a group of friends and family. The outdoor space was used a lot and very enjoyed by the kids, but the garden could have been a bit more maintained. Trampoline was a massive hit!

We loved staying here in the Barossa. Emma and Roger’s home is specious, comfortable, and in a perfect location for wine tasting, with some cellar doors only a short walk away. We visited in early Spring, so being able to cosy up to the fire was a big plus. We also cooked on the undercover BBQ and enjoyed Adelaide’s fresh produce. Highly recommended.
