This comfortable self-contained apartment is located on Level 11 and offers a relaxing stay on the Gold Coast, ideal for families, friends, or business travellers seeking modern comfort with resort-style facilities.
Bedroom Configuration
Master Bedroom: Features 1 King Bed (configured as 2 Single Beds combined and cannot be separated) with a private ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: Features 2 Single Beds.
Additional Bedding: An extra folding bed is available upon request for a maximum occupancy of 5 guests. A fee of AUD $50 per night applies, including bedding and one bath towel. The folding bed must be booked for the entire duration of your stay.

Separate Living Area: A comfortable living room featuring a lounge, TV, and dining area.
Private Balcony: A private balcony offering a pleasant outdoor space to relax.
Bathroom & Laundry
Bathrooms: 2 bathrooms. The master ensuite features a walk-in shower and toilet, while the second bathroom includes a shower over a bath and toilet.

Kitchen: Full-size kitchen fully equipped with essential cookware and appliances.
Climate Control: Centralised air conditioning with both cooling and heating throughout the apartment.

Extras: We provide starred hotel linens and a starter pack of toiletries (approx. 3-day supply), along with instant coffee and tea bags.
Building Access & Parking
Access: The building is equipped with lift access.
Parking: Complimentary basement parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking spaces are shared and cannot be reserved.
Important Information
Check-in & Key Collection: Key collection is located approximately 600 metres from the apartment. Full check-in instructions will be provided prior to arrival.
Additional Bedding: An extra folding bed is available upon request for AUD $50 per night, including bedding and one bath towel. The folding bed must be booked for the entire duration of your stay.
Room Allocation: During peak periods or unforeseen circumstances, guests may be relocated to another apartment of the same quality and standard. We will notify you if a relocation is necessary.
Apartment Condition: As the property is regularly enjoyed by guests, some areas may show minor signs of wear and tear but remain fully functional.
Nature & Pest Control: Australia is a nature-rich country, and occasional insects are inevitable despite our regular professional pest control. Insect spray is provided in the apartment for your use. Should you encounter an unusual amount of pests, please contact us so we can assist.

This apartment was spacious and well equipped. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms was very good for our needs. Kitchen supplies were plentiful. Beds were comfortable. We were facing the kids play area in the next door resort so that was pretty loud when we sat on the balcony - but that couldn’t be avoided. The apartment is a short walk to the G tram and allowed us to get to wherever we wanted to go. The pool area was beautiful and we enjoyed lazing by the pool and having a swim. The hosts were very responsive! We had a great stay- thanks

This is our second time staying here, and it’s still just as impeccable and close to everything, so very convenient. The bed is so comfortable, the bathrooms are spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. In short we’ll definitely be back.
The place itself is very beautiful! Spacious for 4 people. Great location and there’s a lot of things to do nearby. I will honestly say though that there was lack of amenities in bathrooms. There was limited hand wash and the shower gel, shampoo and conditioner was very less. For washing clothes, we lacked the detergent too and we had to text the hosts to get some more of them and fortunately, the good thing is they do respond as soon as they can. Another thing I did notice was that the bedrooms itself were not vacuumed very well and I did notice the mats being dusty and even the bedsheets and blankets had stains on them, so that was questionable. There was a lack of tissue papers too in the airbnb. Other than that, the place was overall good! Pleasure to stay and if anyone thinks there’s lack of things in this airbnb, you can message the hosts themselves and they’ll sort it out for you. 😊
