Noise：. As the property is located in a lively area, some noise from nearby construction and surrounding nightlife venues may be noticeable at times.
Check-in & Key Collection: Key collection is located opposite the building itself, only around 250m walk away.
Room Allocation: During peak periods or unforeseen circumstances, guests may be relocated to another apartment of the same quality and standard. We will notify you if a relocation is necessary.
Apartment Condition: As the property is regularly enjoyed by guests, some areas may show minor signs of wear and tear but remain fully functional.
Nature & Pest Control: Australia is a nature-rich country, and occasional insects are inevitable despite our regular professional pest control. Insect spray is provided in the apartment for your use. Should you encounter an unusual amount of pests, please contact us so we can assist.

We had a great stay. The place was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos. Everything was well maintained, and we had everything we needed during our stay. The check-in process was smooth, and the overall experience was excellent. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean and reliable place to stay.

We had a great stay. Amazing views, super easy check in and check out, just a few stains on one of the mattresses, but still a fairly clean studio. Just be mindful that noises can easily be heard from next door and can get a little noisy at times. Emma and Roger were great with communication and let us know when there was an update or change on the accommodation. Would’ve been nice to have a tap to wash the dishes, but very happy with the stay. Thank you!
