Check-in & Key Collection: Key collection details will be provided prior to arrival. The key collection location is 500 meters from the building.
Room Allocation: During peak periods or unforeseen circumstances, guests may be relocated to another apartment of the same quality and standard. We will notify you if a relocation is necessary.
Apartment Condition: As the property is regularly enjoyed by guests, some areas may show minor signs of wear and tear but remain fully functional.
Nature & Pest Control: Australia is a nature-rich country, and occasional insects are inevitable despite our regular professional pest control. Insect spray is provided in the apartment for your use. Should you encounter an unusual amount of pests, please contact us so we can assist.

Perfect
There are simply no words to describe the breathtaking view from this beautiful apartment. If we ever return to the Gold Coast, this will definitely be the place we would choose to stay again.
Arriving at the hotel we had a lot of trouble from the moment we arrived trying to enter the car park. The access swipe key to enter & Leave the car park would not work every single time we tried to enter & exit. We were informed by hotel staff we needed a different access key and the one that was provided for us did not work and we weren’t given clear instructions from host about this matter. The air con for heating was not functioning when we turned it on and would not heat the rooms up. We had to sleep without pillows as the pillows were very high rised and were very hard not comfortable could not sleep on them at all.
Great location
This apartment was perfect for our family. It was spacious, well fitted out, and impeccably clean. The view is simply stunning, the beach is right across the road, and it is close to shops and restaurants. Any questions I had were really quickly answered by Serain Premium. We would love to stay again and would recommend it to others.

Amazing views and worth every penny. Very clean also, just that the bathtub was quite rusty and wished they have provided more floor mats.
