Please collect the key as following steps:
1. Find the lockbox on the wall near the entry of building
2. Find the Lockbox for your apartment. Lockbox number has been sent to you with the pin code
3. Use the pin code to open the lockbox
Please use the BLACK TAG to open the main gate. Please use the WHITE ROOM CARD to open room door.

Please check out before 10am. Please put the keys back in the lockbox.
We would greatly appreciate it if you could empty the rubbish bin, put the used dishes in the sink before you go.
House Rules
Strictly no smoking inside the house – any evidence of smoking inside the house will result in a $200 fine.Please keep close eyes on your kids while being in the courtyardPlease place rubbish in bins.Check-out time is by 10 am. Late check-out will result in a charge of $100. Please close and lock the house door when checking out.If any damages or breakages happen please report to our customer service in a reasonably timely manner.
