Welcome to your home away from home in the heart of Leura. This spacious 3-bedroom house unit comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, making it the perfect retreat for families, friends, or small groups.

* Shared laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, shared with the studio unit at the back the house.
* Parking: 2 parking spots on the property, plus free street parking nearby
Special Note:
• Wide, gently stepped staircase with approximately 10 steps at the entrance
• Cabinet by the window with decorative pottery (display only)
• Air conditioners have been installed in the living room, kitchen, Bedroom 1, and Bedroom 3. Bedroom 2 does not have an air conditioner, as there is no suitable space to install the outdoor unit. Therefore, we will consider providing electric blankets and a heater for guests during the winter.
• To ensure a peaceful stay and respect neighbors, a privacy-compliant noise monitor is located in the living room. It only measures volume levels (decibels) and cannot record audio or conversations.

we loved our stay. The place is clean, contemporary, cosy and comfortable. Sunlight streams in through the big windows into the spacious kitchen and living area, with a beautiful outlook onto the garden. A moment's drive or scenic walk into Leura, past gorgeous homes and gardens. Perfect for a group getaway. We would stay again.
The house is lovely and very comfortable for a large family or multi generational family. It sits in a beautiful area of Leura and was well placed for us to explore the Blue Mountains. The house is spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Although the house is clean and minimalist in the listing’s photos, there is a lot of clutter and small breakables around. All in all we had a lovely stay and I would stay there again, however the home would be much better without the clutter and breakables.
The house was spacious and clean with lots of natural light coming in during the day. There were heaters in the bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. It has a beautiful garden for those who appreciates it. Overall the place makes you feel like you wish it was your own home.
We had a lovely stay here. The place was clean, comfortable and in a great location, with easy access to Leura, Wentworth Falls and other parts of the Blue Mountains. It was a really nice place to come back to and relax after a day of hiking. Would definitely recommend!

The perfect mountain escape! The home is set in a stunning, quiet bush setting with birdlife and trees, yet only a quick drive into the main Katoomba village. Clean, incredibly comfortable, and a great spot to unwind. Highly recommended.
Excellent accommodation that is tastefully decorated, spacious, and exceptionally well maintained. The generous living and dining areas are perfect for family gatherings, while the abundance of natural light and open spaces creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The property is well equipped, comfortable, and an ideal place to relax and spend quality time together.
Our family had a wonderful stay at Emma and Roger's place and would happily recommend it to anyone. The location was fantastic—set in a quiet, peaceful neighbourhood while still being incredibly convenient to Leura Village and nearby attractions. The house itself was perfect for what our family wanted for our stay. The layout worked really well, the bedrooms and bathrooms were generously sized. The home is stunning, with beautiful décor and so much character. The kitchen is well equipped with plates, cutlery, and essentials. We also loved the view out to the courtyard. We visited during winter and while it was very cold, we were very comfortable inside as the aircon/heater was strong and we were provided very warm duvets. Emma and Roger were fantastic hosts—friendly, responsive, and a pleasure to deal with. They worked with us to quickly resolve an issue, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we'd happily book again the next time we're in the Blue Mountain.
