Important Considerations (Please Read)
One portable cots are available for our little guests. They come with a soft base but no extra mattress, and linens or bedding are not provided.
Layout
. This is a multi-level apartment with internal steps between areas and bedrooms. It is not suitable for guests with mobility issues.
Key Collection
. Self check-in is via an off-site key collection point located approximately 600 metres from the building. Guests must collect keys before arriving at the apartment.
Parking
. Two basement parking spaces available for guests. Parking height limit: 2.1m
Noise
. Due to the central location and contruction site nearby, some level of environmental noise may be present. Please also note that the ongoing construction may partially obstruct some of the views from the balcony.

Nature & Pest Control: Australia is a nature-rich country, and occasional insects are inevitable despite our regular professional pest control. Insect spray is provided in the apartment for your use. Should you encounter an unusual amount of pests, please contact us so we can assist.
. As the apartment is regularly used, some areas may show minor signs of wear but remain fully functional
. Extras: We provide starred hotel linens and a starter pack of toiletries (approx. 3-day supply), along with instant coffee and tea bags.

The building's exceptional amenities provide a relaxing escape following a day of exploring the local area. You'll have complete access to all of the amenities, such as an indoor heated pool, a lagoon pool, a heated outdoor children's pool, a children's play area with a pirate ship and waterslide, an indoor and outdoor spa, a sauna, a gym, a games room, and a BBQ area. Please adhere to the Body Corporate's by-laws when utilizing the public amenities. Access to amenities cannot be guaranteed at all times due to occasional maintenance, repairs, or other issues managed by the Body Corporate.
Please note:
The lagoon pool will be closed from 25 July to 17 August, 2026 for maintenance.
We are a professional property management team and are available to assist you throughout your stay.
We are primarily available via the booking platform and will respond to your messages promptly between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM (AEST, Brisbane time).
For urgent matters, you may also contact us by phone, and we will do our best to assist as quickly as possible.
We respect your privacy and generally do not meet guests in person unless required.

Illegal Activities
Strict Policy
Illegal activities, including drug use, are strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in immediate eviction, forfeiture of all fees, and notification to the authorities.
Liability
Guests are responsible for any damages or additional service costs incurred.

Building Facilities & Fire Safety
Facilities
Access to building amenities may be unavailable due to maintenance or building management. Please follow all building by-laws.
Damage to Common Facilities
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to common facilities or shared areas of the building. Any repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.
Fire Alarms
Tampering with or covering smoke alarms is illegal. A AUD $150 inspection and cleaning fee will apply if interference is detected.
Emergency Call-outs
If guest actions trigger a fire brigade response, the call-out fee (approximately AUD $2,000) will be charged to the guest.
Cooperation
Guests must cooperate with any fire safety inspections required by the building.

Recovery
While we may assist in locating lost items, recovery is not guaranteed. Guests are responsible for any postage or delivery costs. Unclaimed items will be disposed of after a limited period.
Great location, awesome place
Great spacious area.
The location was excellent and the owners/management were very responsive. The unit itself is very generous with space. The only reason for my 4/5 stars is because i think the unit requires maintenance. The advertising photos are transparent about the age of the property and that wasn’t an issue. I actually loved the late 90’s to early 2000’s interior. There’s a few areas with damage like the main bedroom door, hallway cupboard, wear & tear on walls, plantation shutter doors, lifting tiles on the balcony, discolored waterproofing in shower, and cream carpet that has yellowed and stained throughout and is strong in odor (hard floors would be a lot more beneficial & hygienic). The common area outside of the entry has the same odor but this is a body corporate issue, not the owners fault, however it’s a shame it’s the first thing that greets you upon entry. These things take away the luxury feel. I would recommend staying here still, the unit just needs a bit more TLC.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay, topped with panoramic views of the coast and city skyline that were truly breathtaking. The apartment was spacious, immaculately clean, and perfectly located—just steps from the beach and local dining options. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Very highly recommended! We will definitely be back before the year ends.

Walking inside and the openness of the space immediately made us feel right at home. The view of the ocean and surrounding Gold Coast was exactly what we hoped for and the convenience of location let us walk everywhere we needed to go. Some wear and tear noticed with furnishing but that was nothing compared to how enjoyable our stay was. Hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with during our stay. Highly recommend.
