We are a professional property management team and are available to assist you throughout your stay.
We are primarily available via the booking platform and will respond to your messages promptly between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM (AEST, Brisbane time).
For urgent matters, you may also contact us by phone, and we will do our best to assist as quickly as possible.
We respect your privacy and generally do not meet guests in person unless required.
Please note that on-site assistance may be limited and subject to availability.

Cleanliness & Care
Damages
Any damage to the property or its contents must be reported immediately. Repair costs and any additional labour will be charged to the guest.

Consequences

Illegal Activities
Strict Policy
Illegal activities, including drug use, are strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in immediate eviction, forfeiture of all fees, and notification to the authorities.
Liability
Guests are responsible for any damages or additional service costs incurred.

Building Facilities & Fire Safety
Facilities
Access to building amenities may be unavailable due to maintenance or building management. Please follow all building by-laws.
Damage to Common Facilities
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to common facilities or shared areas of the building. Any repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.
Fire Alarms
Tampering with or covering smoke alarms is illegal. An AUD $150 inspection and cleaning fee will apply if interference is detected.
Emergency Call-outs
If guest actions trigger a fire brigade response, the call-out fee (approximately AUD $2,000) will be charged to the guest.
Cooperation
Guests must cooperate with any fire safety inspections required by the building.

Recovery
While we may assist in locating lost items, recovery is not guaranteed. Guests are responsible for any postage or delivery costs. Unclaimed items will be disposed of after a limited period.
Great location set in the centre of Surfers Paradise and easy walking distance from the Cypress Avenue tram stop. Place and description of property was presented as shown in the photos and information, with all amenities that you would expect from a serviced apartment available. Perfect spot for a good little getaway to Surfers !
Overall a great location and stay. The apartment is slightly dated and houses many other shared accommodation so the area is busy. Checking in wasn't difficult but was a little tricky - quite a few doors and turns so you absolutely need the info they send. The apartment was clean, well appointmented and the location and view were fantastic.
Loved the place.
Stunning views and excellent location, just a few steps from the beach. The apartment was dated and in need of a little facelift, however everything that mattered was in excellent condition, clean and tidy and the hosts were very responsive to any issues / queries we had. Absolutely enjoyed our little getaway in the heart of the Gold Coast.
We enjoyed our stay. The check-in and key collection was smooth with all the instructions. The place felt cosy and home like. ❤️

excellent apartment, really cosy and immaculate, had everything you needed. excellent position right on the beach front with easy access to tram and shops. Emma was very responsive to any questions I had. the facilities at imperial surf were good and clean with sauna, jacuzzi and indoor and outside pools. I would thoroughly recommend this apartment.

Stunning views of the ocean and the Surfers Paradise foreshore from the apartment, which is well set up with a full kitchen and laundry. Close to many shops, cafes and restaurants and just across the road from the beach and walking path. Minor problems such as dirty windows clouding the view, and some wind noise at night, but overall an excellent place to stay in a terrific location.
