The building's exceptional amenities provide a relaxing escape following a day of exploring the local area. You'll have complete access to all of the amenities, such as an indoor heated pool, a lagoon pool, a heated outdoor children's pool, a children's play area with a pirate ship and waterslide, an indoor and outdoor spa, a sauna, a gym, a games room, and a BBQ area. Please adhere to the Body Corporate's by-laws when utilizing the public amenities. Access to amenities cannot be guaranteed at all times due to occasional maintenance, repairs, or other issues managed by the Body Corporate.
Please note:
The lagoon pool will be closed from 25 July to 17 August, 2026 for maintenance.
We are a professional property management team and are available to assist you throughout your stay.
We are primarily available via the booking platform and will respond to your messages promptly between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM (AEST, Brisbane time).
For urgent matters, you may also contact us by phone, and we will do our best to assist as quickly as possible.
We respect your privacy and generally do not meet guests in person unless required.

Illegal Activities

Illegal activities, including drug use, are strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in immediate eviction, forfeiture of all fees, and notification to the authorities.

Building Facilities & Fire Safety

Access to building amenities may be unavailable due to maintenance or building management. Please follow all building by-laws.
Damage to Common Facilities
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to common facilities or shared areas of the building. Any repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.
Fire Alarms
Tampering with or covering smoke alarms is illegal. A AUD $150 inspection and cleaning fee will apply if interference is detected.
Emergency Call-outs
If guest actions trigger a fire brigade response, the call-out fee (approximately AUD $2,000) will be charged to the guest.
Cooperation
Guests must cooperate with any fire safety inspections required by the building.

Recovery
While we may assist in locating lost items, recovery is not guaranteed. Guests are responsible for any postage or delivery costs. Unclaimed items will be disposed of after a limited period.
We only booked the night before our check-in, and Emma was so responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. Communication was effortless, which made everything so easy! The apartment was beautiful and perfect for an overnight stay with our family. We especially loved the ensuite and how comfortable, cosy, and homely the space felt. The three-bedroom apartment was a great size for our family, and we couldn’t have asked for a better last-minute stay. Thank you so much, Emma and Roger, for your wonderful hospitality and for hosting us! We truly appreciated it and would happily stay again. 🤍
The instructions were clear on how to get the keys but parking was not easy. The place was clean and tidy and had beautiful views. Only downfall was collecting the keys and couldn’t find the aircon remote but I would 100% recommend this place it was beautiful.

Pros: Place was clean,spacious and good location easily walkable. Nice amenities such as gym and pool. Beds were comfy and responsive host. The advertised ocean view was also quite restricted, with only glimpses between surrounding buildings. Improvements: There was only one shared key, which made coming and going difficult maybe worth providing 2 then having to request causing inconveniences. The aircon in the living room didn’t work. The host did try to help, but unfortunately it wasn’t resolved. The bedrooms were also cold and the aircon only blew cold air so perhaps some throw blankets may help as if guests are out all day and it’s cold in evening they shouldn’t have to request when they come back and it’s late. Overall, we enjoyed the apartment and its convenient location, but addressing these few issues would make the experience even better for future guests :)
It was our annual mums weekend away, 5 of us stayed at Emma and Roger’s place, it was spacious and clean and perfect for us! The location was great, tram stop out the front, we didn’t use the car all weekend, the building is fully equipped with all you need, it was terrific! Highly recommend.
We had a wonderful stay. The location was fantastic and the hotel itself had so many fun activities for the kids to enjoy! We had some feedback for the team and they quickly fixed and responded to this which was fantastic. It would be ideal to have some more washing powder and dishwashing tablets provided, as it is hard to purchase these in small quantities. However, overall we were satisfied with our experience and loved the location of the Air B n B 🤩 thanks team!
Great place, has everything you need. We were a bit disappointed the lagoon pool was closed for maintenance but outside of that great place.
Great place, recommended. Only issue is the massive construction site next door during our stay which we were not aware of. The noise was significant. No fault of the owner but having that disclosed would have been highly beneficial.
Fantastic apartment in a great location! Very clean and homely with everything we needed. Our teenage kids had their own space and we were all able to relax and chill out on our own and as a family. We loved our stay and hope to stay again! Thanks Emma!

We really enjoyed our stay, great location close to the beach and many shops and restaurants. We loved the pools and amenities (restaurants within the building, pools, spa and sauna, games room). Air conditioning was great on hot days and the bedrooms and space worked well and the provided car park was great. We would have preferred having more than one key and more basics provided would have been appreciated (eg salt and pepper, oil) but overall we had a great stay and would recommend.
