This comfortable self-contained apartment is located on Level 11 and offers a relaxing stay on the Gold Coast, ideal for couples, small families, or business travellers seeking modern comfort with resort-style facilities.
Bedroom Configuration
Bedroom: Features 1 King Bed (configured as 2 Single Beds combined and cannot be separated).
Additional Bedding: An extra folding bed is available upon request for a maximum occupancy of 3 guests. A fee of AUD $50 per night applies, including bedding and one bath towel. The folding bed must be booked for the entire duration of your stay.
Living & Dining
Separate Living Area: A comfortable living room featuring a lounge, TV, and dining area.
Private Balcony: A private balcony offering a pleasant outdoor space to relax.
Study Space: A dedicated study area is available, perfect for working remotely, reading, or planning your day.
Bathroom & Laundry
Bathroom: 1 bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and toilet.
Internal Laundry: Equipped with both a washing machine and dryer.
Core Amenities
Kitchen: Full-size kitchen fully equipped with essential cookware and appliances.
Climate Control: Centralised air conditioning with both cooling and heating throughout the apartment.
Connectivity: Free building guest Wi-Fi is provided (speed and reliability may vary).
Extras: We provide starred hotel linens and a starter pack of toiletries (approx. 3-day supply), along with instant coffee and tea bags.
Building Access & Parking
Access: The building is equipped with lift access.
Parking: Complimentary basement parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking spaces are shared and cannot be reserved.
Important Information
Check-in & Key Collection: Key collection is located approximately 600 metres from the apartment. Full check-in instructions will be provided prior to arrival.
Additional Bedding: An extra folding bed is available upon request for AUD $50 per night, including bedding and one bath towel. The folding bed must be booked for the entire duration of your stay.
Room Allocation: During peak periods or unforeseen circumstances, guests may be relocated to another apartment of the same quality and standard. We will notify you if a relocation is necessary
Apartment Condition: As the property is regularly enjoyed by guests, some areas may show minor signs of wear and tear but remain fully functional.
Nature & Pest Control: Australia is a nature-rich country, and occasional insects are inevitable despite our regular professional pest control. Insect spray is provided in the apartment for your use. Should you encounter an unusual amount of pests, please contact us so we can assist.

The building offers superior facilities, providing the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring the local areas. You will have full access to these amenities, but please register with the reception before use.

I absolutely loved my stay here. The views from the apartment are gorgeous and the pool was amazing to tan at. The building was only a 10 min walk to the heart of surfers so super easy to get anywhere. Would stay again!
One of best and luxurious Airbnb. The location is premium and view is magnificent. Kitchen has been fully equipped with all the necessary tools.
We had an overall pleasant stay at the apartment. The place was clean and the view was really nice. There were a few construction sites around, but they didn’t bother us much. Since we are on a low budget backpacking trip, we cooked most of our meals at home, so the kitchen setup was especially important to us. We noticed a slight smell of chlorine in the apartment throughout our stay, and the kitchen could have been better equipped. Basic items like salt, pepper, baking paper, aluminum foil and cling film would have been very helpful. We ended up buying some of these ourselves. They are inexpensive, but having them available would make the stay more comfortable and would be a great added value for guests like us. Overall, we still had a good time and enjoyed our stay
Great place close to the main street of Surfers Paradise and the beach so it’s a short walk away, but not too close you can’t escape the chaos.
Will definitely be staying again, close to everything, great location. Responsive host, helpful friendly and respectful. We loved our stay thank you again 😊
Great place
The apartment is modern has a nice view and is in a good position (approx 600m walk to nearest shops). The bedding was clean and there was one blanket on the bed with no extra blankets. Unfortunately the bathroom was unclean. The shower and toilet were visibly dirty and there was an unpleasant smell coming from the drain. The carpet in the main bedroom needs a clean as does the furniture. Overall a lovely apartment but needs a deep clean. I did contact the host who offered to rectify the problems which was appreciated.
We always stay at Emma and Roger’s apartments, never disappointed always happy. They are clean apartments, easy to find, beautiful views. And peaceful. Definitely recommend!!!
Second time staying here. First choice when it comes to surfer’s paradise. 10/10
