Location has character but will not be everyone's cup of tea. Significant construction nearby, a lot of night life, some great local food outlets and supermarkets. Parking is an issue - not always available close by and expensive. The apartment is comfortable, not overstated at all, perhaps even lacking a little finesse. A development area not a criticism..
Lovely flat in the middle of Brisbane with really nice amenities, thank you! Would’ve been nice to be able to extend check in by an hour so felt a bit pushed out, but I get you have a business to run :) Other than that lovely place
Great location and good price for what you get. There are some utilities missing to accommodate for 2 people. However not the worst thing in the world when you’re staying in this location and such a nice place. Would come back again :))

Only getting a single key and fob makes entry and exit for two people slightly difficult. Comfy bed and pillows and good view. Building complex is close to the nightlife and has nice pool facilities
Clean apartment
Lovely apartment with a nice view! Definitely reccomend this stay for couples needing some time to themselves! 15 minute walk to the main city area with nice views along the way! Personally, Fortitude Valley itself, I wouldn’t recommend for people with children but the apartment itself and amenities provided worked well for us!
The apartment had everything we needed and the facilities in the room were decent. The pool and gym were very nice. The location is great for getting about as it is super close to the train station and multiple bus stops. Supermarket and food spots are also really close by which is great. It is in a busy part of the neighbourhood so there was a lot of sirens and traffic noise. Our only issue was the ants that were predominantly in the bedroom but did see them in the bathroom and kitchen. We did contact the hosts and they were very quick to respond but due to us staying during the cyclone no one was able to come and look at the issue. There was bug spray though in the kitchen. The hosts were really friendly and responsive, we overall enjoyed our stay (despite being caught in a tropical cyclone!). Thank you
