• Strictly no smoking - any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine.
• No parties or events - any evidence of parties or events will result in a $150 fine.
• Key loss will result in a charge of $300; if you lock yourself out and ask the host for assistance, $30 will be charged before 11pm and $100 will be charged after 11pm.
• Check-out time is by 10 am. Late check-out will result in a charge of $100. Keys need to be placed back in where you collected them before the check-out time.
• You may find a shuttle to the apartment directly from Gold Coast Airport. Please check the Skybus website for further information.

The place was great
Thank you for giving me the opportunity to stay at your property. I would highly recommend booking with Emma and Roger. Their home was welcoming, exceptionally clean, and well maintained, making my stay both comfortable and enjoyable. I truly appreciated their hospitality and would happily stay there again.
The place is well located just walking to beach and CBD... It was quiet and private, and full of amenities like pool, bar, etc Guests were always on line to help in any way they could Definitely will recommend to family and friends

Good little apartment for a short stay. Emma and Roger were responsive when needed which was great. Nice clear instructions on how to check in and use facilities etc. 3pm check in felt a bit late. Other than that was a great stay.

Great. Very clean. Host was good with reply to any questions or issues. Only thing I did encounter was the wifi in the building which they use wasn't working on there tv so only had normal tv & no toaster.
