This apartment is located on level 25 and pictures on Airbnb are taken in the unit.
We can host a maximum of 4 guests in this unit. The stylish self-contained apartment has a stunning ocean view and features
- a bedroom with a queen bed and TV
- a living room with a TV and a sofa bed ( There is an extra cost to use the sofa bed..)
- a well-functioned kitchen with a dining table
- a bathroom with a walking shower and toilet
- a laundry with a washing machine and dryer
- a balcony with outdoor furniture and an ocean view.
The air conditioning unit is available in the living room and bedroom.
There are free parking on-premises. The car park cannot be reserved AND FIRST COMES FIRST RESERVES. Due to availability, the car park can not be guaranteed in the peak season.
To provide more availability in the peak season, sometimes we may need to relocate you to another apartment with the same quality rooms. We will notify you if we need to move you to another apartment. In the meantime, please let us know if you have any questions regarding your booking.

• Starred hotel linens and toiletries; (*Due to safety and environmental issues, toiletries are provided in a small pack for about 3-day usage. Please bring your own toiletries if you plan to stay longer. **)

Please abide by the Body Corporate by-laws while using the facilities in public areas. We cannot always guarantee access to the facilities due to occasional repair, maintenance or any other issues conducted by the Body Corporate.
A beautiful little apartment that made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. the apartment is clearly well taken care of and has a lot of finishes and furnishings that make it feel like a home away from home.
Overall experience was good.
Had a great stay in a fantastic location! The apartment has all the amenities you could wish for with great access to the beaches and public transport. Easy check in, with the added bonus of being given complimentary early check in, which was ideal having had an early morning flight. Lovely hosts, who were always very communicative. Highly recommended!

Very accommodating hosts with lovely apartment in the perfect location. Everything was near either walking distance or hop on tram for 50 cents on Apple Pay (so convenient). Building facilities really nice. Only thing to note was slightly outdated tvs unable to stream online shows but nothing the tremendous balcony/views couldn’t fix.
Clean & Tidy, with an amazing view, hosts very responsive & was such a seamless check in & checkout. Was in walking distance to everything we needed. Definitely will stay again.
Magnificent views all the way down to Moreton Island. No need for aircon with gorgeous sea breezes across 2 balconies.
