We can host a maximum of 4 guests in this unit. The stylish self-contained apartment has a stunning ocean view and features

- a living room with a TV and a sofa bed ( There is an extra cost to use the sofa bed..)
- a well-functioned kitchen with a dining table
- a bathroom with a walking shower and toilet
- a laundry with a washing machine and dryer
- a balcony with outdoor furniture and an ocean view.
The air conditioning unit is available in the living room and bedroom.
There are free parking on-premises. The car park cannot be reserved AND FIRST COMES FIRST RESERVES. Due to availability, the car park can not be guaranteed in the peak season.
To provide more availability in the peak season, sometimes we may need to relocate you to another apartment with the same quality rooms. We will notify you if we need to move you to another apartment. In the meantime, please let us know if you have any questions regarding your booking.

Great spacious apartment with incredible views of the ocean and the surrounding landscape. Large balcony to sit and look at the ocean and relax, floor to ceiling windows that take your breath away with the view. Very safe building and great facilities, excellent for a solo traveller or family. The rooftop and gardens are beautiful and the new apartment block is very well maintained and clean. The other level where there is a communal area and lounge room is great to enjoy the view, read a book or just watch TV in the luxurious lounge and kitchen area. Ground floor there is a pool, spa, sauna and BBQ area. This is kept very neat and tidy at all times. Lastly, the host was fantastic with their communication and prompt replies, nothing was too hard for them and they really were very helpful and friendly. Thank you for a great stay. Booked 9 nights. Recommend this apartment.

Great location close to swimming beach and beach promenade. Away from the busy noisey areas but close enough to walk to restaurants and bars. Good value for money.
We absolutely loved our stay at Emma and Roger's place! The location is unbeatable--super close to the beach and just a short, pleasant walk to Surfers Paradise and nearby shops. The apartment itself was cozy and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The only small downside was parking--it can be a bit tricky at times, as we occasionally had to park on the main road, which was a bit of a walk away. But overall, it didn't take away from the amazing experience. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable spot near the heart of the action!

The apartment had an amazing view of city and ocean and the place had everything needed.
Emma and Roger’s Place was beautiful and exactly like the pictures. The surroundings and views were amazing and were easily walkable to anywhere you wanted to go. The Hosts were easy to communicate with and listed all needed instructions even for the smallest things would definitely visit again!

The view from the apartment is absolutely stunning, I was fortunate enough to have beautiful weather during my stay and enjoyed being able to walk across the road to the beach. The amenities at the building were excellent and the parking was secure with lift access which was a must have! I’d definitely stay again.
