Bedroom Configuration
Bedroom: Features 1 Queen Bed.
Extra Bed: A double-size pull-out sofa bed is available in the living room for extra guests. To request this bed, please ensure your reservation is made for 3 or 4 guests. Use of the sofa bed incurs an additional cost for bedding and must be booked for the entire stay.

Living & Dining
Open-Plan Living: An integrated space featuring a sofa (sofa bed), dining table, and a TV.
Private Balcony: Accessible from the living area with outdoor furniture and a spectacular ocean view.

Bathroom & Laundry
Bathroom: 1 bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and toilet.
Internal Laundry: Equipped with both a washing machine and a dryer.

Kitchen: Well-functioned kitchen fully equipped with essential cookware.
Climate Control: Air conditioning units are available in both the living room and the bedroom.

Building Access & Parking
Access: The building is equipped with lift access.
Parking: Free basement parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. There are no allocated spaces; parking cannot be reserved and is not guaranteed, especially during peak season.

Important Information
Check-in & Key Collection: Key collection is located opposite the building itself, only a 2-minute walk away, and operates 24 hours.
Room Allocation: During peak periods or unforeseen circumstances, guests may be relocated to another apartment of the same quality and standard. We will notify you if a relocation is necessary.
Apartment Condition: As the property is regularly enjoyed by guests, some areas may show minor signs of wear and tear but remain fully functional.
Construction Notice: There is ongoing construction across the street which is nearing completion. Some intermittent noise may occur. We recommend keeping doors and windows closed to help minimise disturbance.
Nature & Pest Control: Australia is a nature-rich country, and occasional insects are inevitable despite our regular professional pest control. Insect spray is provided in the apartment for your use. Should you encounter an unusual amount of pests, please contact us so we can assist.

Great location right next to the tram, didn’t need to use the car at all to get into Surfers or Broadbeach. The view was everything and more and what we paid for. The apartment is a tad dated but had all the essentials.

Can I just say that from the moment I booked, I was kept up to date and felt how genuine Emma and Roger were! The place was more like a 10/10 than a 5/5. The views, the whole space was clean, beautiful and the photos posted cannot do any justice to how great it looks in real life! The location of the place, the easy access of parking and seamless process of dealing with the great hosts made my stay here one to remember - quite possibly the best airbnb I've stayed at and worth your money!!! I had some issues with cleanliness, toilet brush filthy, hair everywhere, sleeper cough had food under cushions and vacuum was broken and dirty, HOWEVER, when I contacted Emma she immediately responded and rectified it the next day as it was late when I messaged. They were so helpful and brought me laundry powder and toilet paper when I requested it. Hygiene is important to me but honestly I just gave it my own good clean up, which I didn’t mind, the vacuum and toilet brush was replaced and everything was perfect after that. The view is absolutely stunning, location was perfect. Not too much in the middle of everything so still can enjoy your peace, easily accessible to the translink and the hub. I loved it all. The facilities like the gym was great too. The check in process was a little scary for me as I arrived from South Africa at 10pm with laggage and alone, so the distance to walk there wasn’t far but in a new place at a late hour and with laggage was scary.
