Great location and a lovely home, with everything within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay. We hired a car and it was easy and convenient to park in the basement. Will come back again.

Stayed in this apartment for a month. It was the perfect location to enable getting to work or enjoying the beach and getting around on days off. And it was great to wake up to a view of the ocean each day. Easy to walk to Main Beach and the central part of Surfers. The tram stop is a short distance away too. Friendly and proactive communication from Emma & Roger, who also arranged for a brand new kettle and toaster to be delivered on my day of arrival.

We felt very fortunate to get to enjoy the incredible views from this place! The apartment itself is overall clean and comfortable with everything you need. The building is very pleasant with a nice reception, a pool and a high rise gym also with great views. The location right by the beach is wonderful! A tram stop is also right around the corner. There is a subtly unpleasant smell in the apartment, nothing too bad, just mentioning it for those that are very sensitive to that. Overall we can definitely recommend!
