The self-contained apartment features:
- 1 master bedroom with a queen with walk-in shower ensuite
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds
- 1 bathroom with toilet and shower over a bath
- 1 living room with TV, sofa, and a dining area
- 1 full-size kitchen
- 1 balcony
- 1 laundry with washing machine and dryer
- A centralized air conditioning system with cooling and heating functions.
- A building's Guest WIFI is free to all customers.
Free parking is available in the building's basement, on a first-come-first-served basis. It means there is no located parking space for any reservation. But the customer can use available space.
During peak season, you may be relocated to another apartment of similar quality, and we will inform you of any changes.
Extra Folding Bed available - we can provide a folding bed to a reservation. Please check the picture of the bed and its size. For the extra folding bed, we will charge $50 AUD per night complete with bedding and a bath towel. The extra folding bed must be booked for your entire stay if you need it. (For example, you cannot book the folding bed for 2 nights of your 3 nights' booking.)

Good place, very well located. Description very accurate, the only recommendation is more key cards. We had only one and was very hard because not everyone wants to go at the same time.
We loved Emma and Roger’s place. Looked exactly like the photos, and is such a great location it was quiet but also a nice stroll to all the shops. The apartment is also very nice and clean and looks exactly like the photos. We can’t wait to stay again for our next holiday

Emma and Roger were friendly, understanding and polite. At check in machine was broken and we weren’t able to get keys out, we had to wait for an hour for management to sort issue out. Place was comfortable for family of 4 (parents and 2 teenagers). Great facilities and location, not to far to get to Cavill Ave we used an Uber a lot. Another couch might have been useful as there’s only a single 2-3 person seater. We had major problems at our early check out (4am) as instructions were to leave keys in apartment but we needed them to get to the basement car park to exit the building luckily a group of men residing at apartment had arrived back home at that time and were nice enough to let us out by letting us use their keys.
