This comfortable self-contained apartment is located on Level 17 and offers a relaxing stay on the Gold Coast, ideal for families, friends, or business travellers seeking modern comfort with resort-style facilities.
Bedroom Configuration
Master Bedroom: Features 1 King Bed (configured as 2 Single Beds combined and cannot be separated) with a private ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: Features 2 Single Beds.
Additional Bedding: An extra folding bed is available upon request for a maximum occupancy of 5 guests. A fee of AUD $50 per night applies, including bedding and one bath towel. The folding bed must be booked for the entire duration of your stay.
Living & Dining
Separate Living Area: A comfortable living room featuring a lounge, TV, and dining area.
Private Balcony: A private balcony offering a pleasant outdoor space to relax.
Bathroom & Laundry
Bathrooms: 2 bathrooms. The master ensuite features a walk-in shower and toilet, while the second bathroom includes a shower over a bath and toilet.
Internal Laundry: Equipped with both a washing machine and dryer.
Core Amenities
Kitchen: Full-size kitchen fully equipped with essential cookware and appliances.
Climate Control: Centralised air conditioning with both cooling and heating throughout the apartment.
Connectivity: Free building guest Wi-Fi is provided (speed and reliability may vary).
Extras: We provide starred hotel linens and a starter pack of toiletries (approx. 3-day supply), along with instant coffee and tea bags.
Building Access & Parking
Access: The building is equipped with lift access.
Parking: Complimentary basement parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking spaces are shared and cannot be reserved.
Important Information
Check-in & Key Collection: Key collection is located approximately 600 metres from the apartment. Full check-in instructions will be provided prior to arrival.
Additional Bedding: An extra folding bed is available upon request for AUD $50 per night, including bedding and one bath towel. The folding bed must be booked for the entire duration of your stay.
Room Allocation: During peak periods or unforeseen circumstances, guests may be relocated to another apartment of the same quality and standard. We will notify you if a relocation is necessary.
Apartment Condition: As the property is regularly enjoyed by guests, some areas may show minor signs of wear and tear but remain fully functional.
Nature & Pest Control: Australia is a nature-rich country, and occasional insects are inevitable despite our regular professional pest control. Insect spray is provided in the apartment for your use. Should you encounter an unusual amount of pests, please contact us so we can assist.

The building offers superior facilities, providing the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring the local areas. You will have full access to these amenities, but please register with the reception before use.

Beautiful apartment, with beautiful views. It’s in a great location, not too close to the bustling CBD and not too far. The apartment has all the necessities you need and the two lovely hosts are more than willing to help any possible needs. Would definitely book again.
It was very comfortable and the views were excellent. The apartment is in a very convenient location, but I hope the place to pick up the keys could be closer.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location was excellent and incredibly convenient, with easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. One of our favourite features was the balcony, which offered beautiful views thanks to the high-floor location. We were treated to beautiful scenery throughout our stay, and we even spotted a rainbow from our room — a truly memorable moment! The host was responsible, friendly, and always quick to respond whenever we had questions. Everything was well organised, making our stay smooth and stress-free. Overall, this was a fantastic Airbnb experience. The combination of the convenient location, breathtaking views, clean and comfortable accommodation, and wonderful host made our Gold Coast trip even more special. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
