Kitchen: Fully equipped for home cooking with a stove, oven, microwave, and fridge.
Bathroom: Features a practical walk-in shower and clean vanity.
Balcony: Step outside to an open-view balcony with outdoor furniture—a great spot for your morning coffee.
Laundry: For your convenience, a washing machine and dryer are provided inside the unit.
Parking: Includes a dedicated onsite private parking space with 1.9m height limit, saving you the hassle of street parking.
⚡Important Notice: Key Collection
Please note that key collection is located off-site, approximately 3.8km (an 8-minute drive) from the apartment. For your flexibility, the keys are available for pick-up 24 hours a day, allowing you to check in at your own convenience, even for late-night arrivals. Detailed instructions will be provided after booking.
The following we provide may interest you:
• Starred hotel linens and toiletries; (*Due to safety and environmental issues, toiletries are provided in a small pack for about 3-day usage. Please bring your own toiletries if you plan to stay longer. **)
• Instant coffee and tea bags;
• A double-size pull-out sofa bed for extra guests (Sofa bed bedding will be provided at extra cost).

The building facilities offer a simple, relaxing retreat after a long day of exploring. You will have full access to:

- Gym (Level 1)
Please ensure you abide by the Body Corporate by-laws while using these public spaces. Please note that access cannot always be guaranteed due to occasional repairs, maintenance, or other issues conducted by the Body Corporate.

We are primarily available via the booking platform and will respond to your messages promptly between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM (AEST, Brisbane time).
