* Living Area: 70-inch TV, Lounge and a separate spacious sunlit dinning area
* Kitchen: Full-sized with cooktop, fridge, microwave and air fryer
* Guest Bathroom: Walk-in shower, toilet and a bathtub
* Shared laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, shared with the studio unit at the back the house.
* Parking: 2 parking spots on the property, plus free street parking nearby
Special Note:
• Wide, gently stepped staircase with approximately 10 steps at the entrance
• Cabinet by the window with decorative pottery (display only)
• Air conditioners have been installed in the living room, kitchen, Bedroom 1, and Bedroom 3. Bedroom 2 does not have an air conditioner, as there is no suitable space to install the outdoor unit. Therefore, we will consider providing electric blankets and a heater for guests during the winter.
• To ensure a peaceful stay and respect neighbors, a privacy-compliant noise monitor is located in the living room. It only measures volume levels (decibels) and cannot record audio or conversations.

An absolutely wonderful home is a peaceful location. We only stayed one night for an event we were attending but could have easily settled in for a couple of days of blissful relaxation. The home is beautifully presented. The only issue we had was that the refrigerator had an awful odour but we didn't really need to use it. Would definitely recommend this home for a wonderful getaway.
The house is a beautiful place for us to enjoy our holiday for 6 nights. The beds are confutable and clean. The hosts are easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our staying there.

A wonderful stay in a beautiful location. The house had everything you could possibly wish for. The ensuite bathroom was ideal for my 89 year old mother with its grip rails, making our stay a real blessing. Emma and Roger were very prompt in all their correspondence with us.
