* Kitchen: Full-sized with cooktop, fridge, microwave and air fryer
* Guest Bathroom: Walk-in shower, toilet and a bathtub
* Shared laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, shared with the studio unit at the back the house.
* Parking: 2 parking spots on the property, plus free street parking nearby
Special Note:
• Wide, gently stepped staircase with approximately 10 steps at the entrance
• Cabinet by the window with decorative pottery (display only)
• Air conditioners have been installed in the living room, kitchen, Bedroom 1, and Bedroom 3. Bedroom 2 does not have an air conditioner, as there is no suitable space to install the outdoor unit. Therefore, we will consider providing electric blankets and a heater for guests during the winter.

You'll have access to the 3BR home at the front of the property. Please note that the backyard is not part of this listing and is reserved for guests staying in the studio at the back.
The house is beautiful and really clean, and all the little touches make it feel like home. They even gave us fresh milk and cereal, which was so thoughtful. We’d definitely come back!

Very comfortable, well equipped and well located with the bonus of a jacuzzi bath for those who are stiff after their cliff top walk. Fantastic peaceful outlook and comfy beds, pristine kitchen.

The house is lovely with gorgeous morning sun and a very private and peaceful outlook. We had the main house to ourselves so there was plenty of space. The beds were comfortable and the spa bath a hit with the whole family. However If someone was staying in the studio apartment next door we would of had a completely different experience as there isn’t a lot of privacy between the two buildings and the cleaner was there when we arrived so felt we had to put all the blinds down, but we were lucky enough for it to be vacant on our stay so we could relax (especially with kids) Just something to keep in mind. There are a couple of things that would have made it a little more comfortable such as a coffee machine (a simple pod one) and some more condiments. But the tv was working fine for us as well as all the lighting etc. Location is a short drive to the high street and around 10 mins from Katoomba. The house has been renovated beautifully. Would stay again.
