Extra Bed: A double-size pull-out sofa bed is available in the living room for extra guests. To request this bed, please ensure your reservation is made for 3 or 4 guests. Use of the sofa bed incurs an additional cost for bedding and must be booked for the entire stay.

Open-Plan Living: An integrated space featuring a sofa (sofa bed), dining table, and a TV.
Private Balcony: Accessible from the living area with outdoor furniture and a spectacular ocean view.

Building Access & Parking
Access: The building is equipped with lift access.
Parking: Free basement parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. There are no allocated spaces; parking cannot be reserved and is not guaranteed, especially during peak season.
Important Information
Check-in & Key Collection: Key collection is located opposite the building itself, only a 2-minute walk away, and operates 24 hours.
Room Allocation: During peak periods or unforeseen circumstances, guests may be relocated to another apartment of the same quality and standard. We will notify you if a relocation is necessary.
Apartment Condition: As the property is regularly enjoyed by guests, some areas may show minor signs of wear and tear but remain fully functional.
Construction Notice: There is ongoing construction across the street which is nearing completion. Some intermittent noise may occur. We recommend keeping doors and windows closed to help minimise disturbance.
Nature & Pest Control: Australia is a nature-rich country, and occasional insects are inevitable despite our regular professional pest control. Insect spray is provided in the apartment for your use. Should you encounter an unusual amount of pests, please contact us so we can assist.

Please abide by the Body Corporate by-laws while using the facilities in public areas. We cannot always guarantee access to the facilities due to occasional repair, maintenance or any other issues conducted by the Body Corporate.

It was amazing. Even though it was our first visit to Gold Coast, it was really cool and easy to access the apartment. It was the best room ever! I highly recommend you to visit this room if you wanna enjoy a cold Coast view totally.
This property offers an enjoyable stay with strong positives in comfort, cleanliness, & location. The apartment is very clean, well-maintained, and equipped with essentials. The bed is comfortable, the shower pressure is great, and the balcony provides an excellent ocean view with relaxing wave sounds. It is close to Cavill Avenue for convenience, yet far enough to avoid noise. However, several issues impacted the stay. The key fob did not work, requiring front desk assistance every time to access the car park. Parking is extremely limited, and instructions are not clear on this. Heavy smoking from the apartment above entered the unit, making the balcony completely unusable . Wi-Fi details were missing, & the TV setup was difficult to use without instructions. The toilet flush was weak, & the building itself is dated compared to the apartment. Overall, a comfortable stay with great location & views, but let down by poor parking conditions, unclear instructions, & building issues
Wonderful view and apartment extremely clean. I felt very comfortable staying in. Good isolation, and nice building in general. The bed was very comfortable. I’ll come back for sure. No Wi-Fi and A/C in living room blows warm air (works well in bedroom), but definitely worth 5 starts for the view and the cleanliness themselves.
Overall, we had an enjoyable, relaxing stay at this beautiful property. Located on the door step of Surfers Paradise, we were spoilt for choice with cafes, attractions and shopping all close by. The building had great amenities like the pool and hot tub, but it would’ve been easier to fully enjoy this if pool towels were provided with the room, as unfortunately the building staff do not provide these to airbnb guests. We were also unaware that we would not be able to access fresh linen due to this same reason. However this was not a fault of the host, rather seems to be an issue between building management and Airbnb. Would recommend this property for your next stay in the Gold Coast!
