This single-level, four-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom house comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests. With just one small step at the entrance, it offers easy access and a practical layout, making it an ideal stay in Burwood for families or groups.
The home features:
- Three bedrooms with queen beds, and one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed
- A spacious living room with a sofa, smart TV, and dining area
- One full bathroom with a walk-in shower and bathtub
- One additional bathroom with a walk-in shower
- A full-sized kitchen
- Gas BBQ grill.
- A separate half bathroom and a dedicated laundry with a washing machine and dryer
- Centralised air conditioning ensures comfort throughout all rooms.
Please note that a garage is not available. However, the driveway can accommodate up to two cars, and ample free street parking is available nearby.
The house is comfortably set up for 8 guests. If a 9th guest joins your stay, an additional fee of 50 AUD per night will be applied. Please plan accordingly to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for everyone.
One portable cots are available for our little guests. They come with a soft base but no extra mattress, and linens or bedding are not provided.
The following we provide may interest you:
• Starred hotel linens and toiletries; (*Due to safety and environmental issues, toiletries are provided in a small pack for about 3-day usage. Please bring your own toiletries if you plan to stay longer. **)
• Instant coffee and tea bags;
* A small cot is available for young guests. Please note that linen and bedding for the cot are not provided, so guests are kindly asked to bring their own.
Feel free to enjoy the BBQ! Just a quick reminder to give it a good clean afterwards. If it’s left too messy, we may need to charge a $150 cleaning fee—thanks heaps for keeping things tidy!

The messager built into the Airbnb system is a very powerful communication tool.
We use it as our main communication method with every guest.
If you need urgent service or facing an emergency, we also provide phone service as necessary.
Conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood which is a 20-minute driveway from the Sydney Opera House & 18-minute walkway to a train station & a Cole store. Equipped with plenty rooms & beds, the newly renovated house is worth staying with family members. There are 2 bathrooms, one fully equipped for kids alongside the bath tub inside the house when the second one seems to be newly renovated, with a shower compartment & a toilet, in the backyard. The second one has a good interior design with easily accessible handrails for hanging clothes or holding. There's a third bowl in the laundry room (a weird location though). The dryer was handful. The Android TV is a cherry on top, with animation channels & YouTube videos available. The amenities are great. There're even a sealed new set of dishes & cups in the kitchen. Overall, we're satisfied with what the host offered.
Good space, clear instructions. Was hair and stains on the mattress/ mattress cover after stripping sheets before we left..
