Perfectly located just a 3 minutes walk from Leura’s main street while offering a peaceful and quiet setting, this vacation rental has everything you need for an unforgettable stay whether you want to explore the natural beauty of the Blue Mountains, relax in the luxurious surroundings of our apartment, or simply enjoy some downtime.
This is a self-contained house. We can host 4 guests in this apartment.
We will provide bedding for the reservation.

For your winter comfort, each bedroom is equipped with its own electric blanket.

Highchair and Portable Cot on Request
A highchair and one portable cot are available for our little guests upon request. The cot comes with a soft base only, no additional mattress, linens, or bedding are provided. Please note that availability is limited and cannot be guaranteed.
This house would be a perfect choice for families and friends to have a holiday or short break in Leura.
The messager built into the Airbnb system is a very powerful communication tool.
We use it as our main communication method with every guest.
If you need urgent service or facing an emergency, we also provide phone service as necessary.
Emma and Roger were fantastic hosts and I had a wonderful stay. The unit’s condition and amenities were 10/10, and you could really tell how much care had been put into the space. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well looked after. I’d happily stay again and highly recommend this place to anyone.

We booked very late on the day of and the hosts were very accommodating. Beds were great, heaters everywhere to keep us warm in winter and the location is ideal. One has to be aware that it is an old house split into units so the sound insulation between units is not the best feature of the house.
Emma and Roger's home was the perfect accommodation for our 2 night stay in the Blue Mts. The home was spacious, clean, private and walking distance to shops, restaurants and cafes. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area.
Great location if you want to get to Leura quickly. Walkable but steep-ish hills. Very quick drives to Katoomba, Three Sisters, all the lookouts etc if you have a car. Would stay here again with 3-4 people.
Had a nice stay at the estate with 2 rooms on ground floor, spacious space, clean and tidy. Late Check in (3pm) and early check out (10am) time are an improvement point otherwise all good.
Had a really great stay in Leura . It is the pick of the towns in Blue Mountains and this place was very good. The fire was amazing. We will definitely visit again

Lovely stay! Great location, walkable to shops. Very clean and open place! Fireplace was amazing and warmed the place up quickly. You can hear the people who live above walking around but it wasn’t an issue. Hosts were quick to respond and gave very clear instructions. Enjoyed my stay! Definitely recommend.
