. A single folding bed is available for the 7th guest. Use of this bed incurs an additional charge of $50 AUD per night.

Important Considerations (Please Read)
One portable cots are available for our little guests. They come with a soft base but no extra mattress, and linens or bedding are not provided.
Layout
. This is a multi-level apartment with internal steps between areas and bedrooms. It is not suitable for guests with mobility issues.
Key Collection
. Self check-in is via an off-site key collection point located approximately 600 metres from the building. Guests must collect keys before arriving at the apartment.
Parking
. Two basement parking spaces available for guests. Parking height limit: 2.1
Noise
. Due to the central location and contruction site nearby, some level of environmental noise may be present.

The building's exceptional amenities provide a relaxing escape following a day of exploring the local area. You'll have complete access to all of the amenities, such as an indoor heated pool, a lagoon pool, a heated outdoor children's pool, a children's play area with a pirate ship and waterslide, an indoor and outdoor spa, a sauna, a gym, a games room, and a BBQ area. Please adhere to the Body Corporate's by-laws when utilizing the public amenities. Access to amenities cannot be guaranteed at all times due to occasional maintenance, repairs, or other issues managed by the Body Corporate.

Pros: Amazing location, stunning 5-star views of the beach, great layout, really pretty and spacious home.. absolutely a stunner!. The kitchen and washing/drying machine were well-equipped. Would still stay again and fully recommend for families and friend get-togethers. Please note that: The unit was absolute luxury back in the late-90s, but is showing its age now... the cleaners clearly have done their best to keep things clean, but the carpet, dinning chairs, lamp shades, walls are a bit old.. That doesn't take away from the overall experience, but do not expect new and clean furniture. Check with the hotel on some of the swimming pool facilities...when we stayed the kids slides were under repair and unusable, the facilities in the swimming pool overall looked quite old and is in urgent need for some renovation.

The air conditioning in living rooms area needs service. No paperwork on how to operate the appliances. Parking 261 had someone else’s car parked in it and reception told us that they had a flat battery, what a lot of rubbish, they told us to park in 254 and then put a notice on the car saying move it or you will be towed yet they didn’t do anything about the vehicle parked in our parking area. You would expect better treatment when you paid over $1,200 a night. View was perfect, the apartment was very comfortable but with cooling problems and WiFi dropping out a lot of the time our stay was not memorable sorry we expected better. We have been owners with Breakfree and we maid sure everything was spot on for the tenant.

The place was clean and it was exatly as what we saw on the listing. The view was lovely. Especially in the mornings we just looked at the ocean and see people exercising on the beach. If we didn't have an event to attend we would stay in the house the whole day. 😆😆 Our team.really enjoyed our stay.

It’s a perfect accommodation with the best view. It was the best accommodation I‘ve ever been to. We liked everything at home. Spacious living room, neat room, cosy TV room All the friends who went with me said they wanted to live here because it was really good. So we didn‘t go out for a day and rested at the hotel. This accommodation is large enough to accommodate many people, so I think it‘s good to use when travelling with family or many friends. And finally, the host! Thank you so much. Thanks to you, our trip was really fun.
