This Three-bedroom apartment is located on level 20 and can host a maximum of 9 guests
The self-contained apartment features:
- 1 master bedroom with a King bed with a shower over bath ensuite
- 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds
- 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds
- 1 bathroom with toilet and shower over a bath
- 1 living room with TV, a double-size sofa bed (extra cost applied), and a dining area
- 1 full-size kitchen
- 1 balcony
- 1 laundry with washing machine and dryer
- A centralized air conditioning system with cooling and heating functions.
- A building's Guest WIFI is free to all customers.
Free parking is available in the building's basement, on a first-come-first-served basis. It means there is no located parking space for any reservation. But the customer can use available space.
During peak season, you may be relocated to another apartment of similar quality, and we will inform you of any changes.
Extra Folding Bed available - we can provide a folding bed to a reservation. Please check the picture of the bed and its size. For the extra folding bed, we will charge $50 AUD per night complete with bedding and a bath towel. The extra folding bed must be booked for your entire stay if you need it. (For example, you cannot book the folding bed for 2 nights of your 3 nights' booking.)

The check-in (key pick-up) location is at a different site, approximately 600 meters away from your booked apartment.

The property has some nice positives, including expansive views particular at night, a convenient walk to nearby shops, and access to pool and sauna facilities, which we enjoyed! Emma and Roger were responsive and provided an extensive guest manual with instructions for the stay. We liked that the apartment was clean and spacious. It was basic accommodation that provided the essentials which felt more like staying in a room rather than a home. We found that there were no simple cooking items such as oil, salt, or pepper, which would have been helpful for self-catering. Some of the dining chairs were a little wobbly and sunken in, and there were a few maintenance issues such as broken floorboards that were a concern for us as families with young children. The key collection process was also a little inconvenient as it was a 10min walk from the apartment. Overall, with some small improvements and attention to maintenance, this would be a more comfortable and welcoming stay.

The apartment looks just like the photos—bright, white, and clean—and it’s in a great location for getting around. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, with just a few quirks to be aware of. Key pickup was next to a 420 shop in a rougher part of town, and visitor parking was a bit of a battle. Only 1 of 3 elevators was working during our stay, so waits could be long. On 5pm arrival, the lights, WiFi, and AC weren’t working, and there was a noticeable (possibly mould-like) smell. I contacted the host at the time but managed to resolve the issue myself before hearing back about 5 hours later. There’s no coffee machine—just instant—but plenty of great coffee spots nearby by the beach. All in all, amazing views, a good-looking interior, and a great location, with a few unlucky quirks.

We had a wonderful stay! Emma was incredibly helpful, friendly, and responsive throughout our visit. The place was very neat, tidy, and exceptionally clean. The river views were absolutely beautiful — such a relaxing and stunning setting. Everything was well presented and exactly as described. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely book again in the future. Highly recommended!
