Great place. Great ammenities available for use. Pool, sauna, cinemas etc. Good location close to hospital. Parking space always appreciated. Great at communicating. Fast responses and thoughtfully dropped off an extra fan when it was very hot. Living room air conditioned with lovely new appliances throughout. Highly recommend.
Very nicely equipped apartment. The bed is very comfortable. The host was very accomodating as I made an error with the booking; They were great to deal with and helped rectify my mistake straight away. Booked the same apartment the following week as it was such a pleasant experience!
All in all, my stay was restful par from a couple things that came up. Phillip is a great place to stay, near heaps of public transport. The pool, gym and parking access were great.
Nicely maintained, comfortable, and well prepared
Our stay was exactly as advertised. If we had any requests or issues our hosts were very quick to respond and help in any way we needed.
Great location with easy driving and bus routes into Canberra, Westfield a 5 min walk away is also great. Sunset views and the general building/flat both were stunning. Onsite pool/Sauna was good but the gym was lacking in equipment (Clublime in the next building is a great alternative for the gym). Would recommend it to those wanting a quiet place close to Canberra

[context: we stayed at this apartment for more than a month] The best thing about this apartment was the location for us so we'd recommend it for those wanting to stay in this area. Best suited for people who are single or couples without kids. It's a small one bedroom apt. Neighbours were quiet. Due to the size of the complex, wait times at the lift can be long. Communication was very prompt but at times I wasn't sure if I was talking to Emma or an Airbnb managing company. Our stay was slightly complicated by a broken aircon which we were made aware of prior to starting our stay and we got compensated for the inconvenience. They only provide 3 day supply of toiletries for 'environmental' reasons but I think it would make more environmental sense to provide normal sized shampoos, etc. There was only one set of towels available per person. A dish rack, dish scrubber and more tea towels would have been useful. Not worth $300/night. Long stay discounts make it more affordable.
