Welcome to your home away from home in the heart of Katoomba. This light-filled 3-bedroom house comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, making it the perfect retreat for families, friends, or small groups.
● Living Area:
Bright, open living area with comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and abundant natural light, perfect for relaxation or work. Enjoy a warm and inviting stay with a gas heater that covers the whole house during winter.
● Kitchen:
Fully equipped with modern appliances (stove, oven, microwave, fridge), plus cookware, utensils, and a dining table for meals or meetings. Condiments not provided.
● Bedrooms:
Three inviting bedrooms—each with a double bed, fresh bedding, and bedside tables with lamps. Some rooms also feature simple storage such as a chest of drawers or a clothes rack for your convenience.
● Bathroom:
Sleek and modern bathroom featuring a shower over the bath, fresh towels, and complimentary toiletries.
● Outdoor Area:
Private patio with an outdoor table and seating – perfect for your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.
● Parking:
Street parking is available right in front of the house and around the surrounding area. It's usually easy to find a spot, though availability may vary and we cannot guarantee a space at all times.
Access to the main rooms requires only a few steps. However, please note that access to the backyard involves using stairs. As we are currently in the winter season, the backyard may not appear as lush and vibrant as shown in the photos. We appreciate your understanding and hope you still enjoy the space during your stay.

Great spot to stay! A cosy home!
We really loved our stay at Emma and Roger's cottage, the peaceful location with a useful bus stop nearby and Cafe Lurline just around the corner was perfect. The delightful deck and garden and comfy sitting room made relaxing evenings after walking perfect. Comfy beds and everything we needed.
Emma and Rogers place was better than I expected! it was as clean and clutter-free as the pictures suggested, but somehow looked even better in person. This was complimented by the beautiful and thriving backyard, with great places for the kids to explore. Right down the street Katoomba CBD, but far enough away that the streets are quiet and peaceful. thanks so much for hosting us Emma and Roger! we will definitely be back!

This is a beautiful little cottage in a convenient location near the town centre. We had everything we needed for our stay. We only wished we could have stayed longer!
We had a lovely stay at this Airbnb in Katoomba. The check-in process was smooth and easy, and the location was perfect — close to shops, cafés, and public transport. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing, with photos that matched perfectly. Everything we needed for a great stay. Would happily stay here again and recommend it to others.
We had a great stay at Emma & Rodger’s as a group of friends. Everything was clean & as described, hosts were very responsive! We would definitely recommend it as a base to explore the blue mountains.

The most beautiful place in a quiet road but near to Katoomba (uphill) and the Three sisters. We walked to both but it would be a quick drive and parking is easy! What a jewel this place is- we loved the balcony overlooking the garden for breakfast and sunset- and the inside is so full of character and very traditional but plenty of room. Very comfortable beds - I slept better than anywhere else on my travels! All in all, a fantastic find - we will come again next time we are here in Australia!
