This 2-bedroom boathouse accommodates up to 4 guests and offers the following features:
- Two bedrooms, each with a double bed and a portable heater for comfort.
- One full bathroom with a walk-in shower, connecting both bedrooms and featuring a lockable door for privacy.
- A kitchenette equipped with a small fridge, coffee maker, and microwave.
- A living room with a lounge, coffee table, and Smart TV.
- One parking spot available onsite.
- Gas BBQ grill.
- There is no private dock or boat parking available.
- Air-conditioning is available in the living room. With a powerful 5kW system, it’s more than sufficient to cool the entire home.

● Access involves a long staircase
Guests must descend a significant number of steps to reach the property. It may not be suitable for those with limited mobility or who are travelling with bulky luggage.
● Waterfront location with no fencing
The boathouse is located right on the water’s edge, and the outdoor deck is unfenced. For safety reasons, we do not recommend this property for families with young children.
● Close proximity to neighbors
The property is situated close to neighboring homes, however, the adjacent houses are mostly unoccupied, offering a relatively quiet and private environment.

• Starred hotel linens and toiletries; (*Due to safety and environmental issue, toiletries are provided in a small pack for about 3-day usage. Please bring your own toiletries if you plan to stay longer. **)
Feel free to enjoy the BBQ! Just a quick reminder to give it a good clean afterwards. If it’s left too messy, we may need to charge a $150 cleaning fee—thanks heaps for keeping things tidy!

Beautiful location and very well kept property but as some mentioned just missing a few final touches. The steps are a killer but it’s worth it!
The best part of this stay was the outlook and to be able to come and go from the waterfront on our paddle boards. We were able to fully relax. The place is comfortable with all you need. Our only issue was not having fans or any screens on doors, so mosquitoes were an issue. The stairs are a pinch but worth it for the waterfront.
We really enjoyed our stay at Emma and Roger’s place. It was so peaceful and we felt fully relaxed. The only improvement would be a mirror in the bathroom as there wasn’t one in the property and maybe somewhere to hang your clothes so they didn’t have to stay on the floor.
Fantastic location right on the water! Pack light as there are a lot of steps but well worth it when you get to the deck!
Really loved our stay at Emma and Robert’s. Area was very peaceful and the property looked just like the photos. Emma was quick at responding as well which helped everything run very smoothly
We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, quiet, and peaceful property. It’s clearly very new, though a few small details felt unfinished: no bathroom mirror or any in the house, no towel rails or hooks, no curtains in the main living area (which made evenings feel a bit exposed), and the BBQ (only cooking device), while great, lacked some tools and a cleaning brush, making breakfast without a spatula was a bit tricky. A taller coffee table inside would help for dining when it’s too cold outside, and the tv remote being fixed/chained to the table was a little annoying. Overall, a lovely, quiet, beautiful spot that, in my opinion, just needs a few finishing touches to be perfect. Tip: Pack light!! Because when leaving, you'll only want to do one trip back up to your car. You have to carry it all back up ALL those beautiful sandstone steps. :)

Absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful boathouse! Spotlessly clean, peaceful, and perfectly set up for a relaxing getaway. Emma and Roger were exceptional hosts warm, responsive, and incredibly kind. Can’t recommend this place enough and would love to come back.

The boathouse is magnificent. Falling asleep and waking up to water lapping against the dock was delightful. The views across the water to the national park are spectacular. And the jacaranda above the boat house was in full bloom, which was a delight. Comfortable beds, clean surfaces, overall a lovely place to relax.
