We enjoyed the stay a lot ! It was conveniently located with many things to do in the area and the apartment was so clean and was just like the listing.
Great location in the heart of Surfers Paradise with a car park and in walking distance to the supermarket and restaurants. The kids loved the pool in the building. The hosts provided very useful and comprehensive instructions and were very responsive, although the automated messages were a bit confusing when it was something we'd already agreed on (e.g. late check-in and early departure). It could use a little refreshing but otherwise a very pleasant stay.
This apartment was absolutely beautiful, and the hosts, Emma and Roger, were incredibly kind and accommodating. Our original booking elsewhere was unexpectedly cancelled, and even though it wasn’t their responsibility, Emma and Roger went out of their way to help us find a place to stay for the weekend. Their communication was excellent throughout, and both check-in and check-out were seamless. Highly recommend!
