Clean and tidy. Well kept premises with all essentials. Excellent location - right above the Woolies Metro accessible via apartment lift. Car spot is close to the lift as well. Instructions on how to access the key, the apartment and the car spot with videos was very helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We booked last minute and stayed for a week. The location was ok and having parking was helpful. The place itself was furnished with the basics, everything you need but requires a big deep clean. When we raised concerns about the cleanliness they sent a cleaner to reclean, which was appreciated, but it didn't help much. The mattresses and couch were also very uncomfortable, so it was hard to feel rested.

Nicely furnished place with plenty of light and great access to the shops at ground level. It is second time we have stayed in this apartment building, this is the better apartment. 10min to 57 tram and bus stops out side building. Mr Tucker cafe near by has great coffee.

We had a great stay here - the place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was super convenient, just a short walk to both the bus stop and train station, which made getting around easy. Having a Woolworths just downstairs was a huge plus for groceries and essentials. The sunrise and sunset views from the apartment were beautiful, and on some mornings, we even spotted hot air balloons floating across the sky — absolutely breathtaking! Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a hassle-free, well-located stay in North Melbourne with some unexpected scenic moments!
