房子的地理位置非常好，下楼就是海滩。大家入住务必仔细阅读房东所发的停车说明，因为有多个出入口可以出入停车场，找对了之后就会感觉十分方便了。
So beautiful coast view! It’s a nice and clean apartment. I can find everything I need, feels live in my own home. So close to the beach and shops. Perfect place for holiday stay. Highly recommended to you guys and will come back for sure.

Good place to stay especially the location
We felt right at home as soon as we unpacked for the week. The carpark was terrific considering street parking is always hard to manage. We rarely stay the same place twice, but we might rebook this again next time!!? Thanks so much!
Well-sized apartment with stunning views of the coast from the 63rd floor. Location was great and easily walkable to Surfers Paradise. Instructions were clear and check in/out process was smooth. Building amenities and parking were a bonus. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

该房源是海景房，风景优美。且整体房源面积很大，非常宽敞。房间的卫生也十分干净，厨房内的配套设施也很完善，特别适合一家人的长途旅行。除了中途出现过一次断电，但我们自己很快解决了。希望房东可以改进这方面的用电问题，且提高解决问题的速度。
