excellent apartment, really cosy and immaculate, had everything you needed. excellent position right on the beach front with easy access to tram and shops. Emma was very responsive to any questions I had. the facilities at imperial surf were good and clean with sauna, jacuzzi and indoor and outside pools. I would thoroughly recommend this apartment.
Beautiful view from the apartment.
This was the perfect apartment to stay in over new years. A very quick walk to surfers paradise and everything it offers. The view for the fireworks was incredible! We accidentally left something in the apartment that was valuable and Emma & Roger were incredibly helpful (even though they could have told us there was nothing they could do). We will absolutely stay in one of their properties again!
It’s a good place to live with ocean view at reasonable height. Though the building feels little old and has very tiny and slow lift, the last day we waited for 20 mins to get in the lift as one of three were operating and there was some electrical issue with the lifts so many peple had to used staircase. Rest the place was clean very well equipped.

Good location and clean apartment. Spacious with apt facilities. However the host is inflexible and very rigid on early check in. No listening of guest request and no efforts seen in that direction. overall apartment is otherwise V.Good
