The messager built into the Airbnb system is a very powerful communication tool.
We use it as our main communication method with every guest.

Definitely a great place to stay , location is great , tram just outside the door , convenience store outside , close to all the hype in the centre of Gold Coast. Will return again

I’ve lived on the Gold Coast my whole life, but sometimes you just need to escape the Hinterland and resurface in Surfers. Broadbeach Primary, Merrimac High — some say I know this area better than most… and that’s putting it lightly. It’s familiar territory for me, and this spot delivered exactly what I needed. Nothing over the top, just solid, smooth sailing. Everything worked, everything fit. I came here to work, reset the mind, and get a change of scenery — and that’s exactly what I got. A good journey, simple as that. Cheers.

lovely room and amazing location!
The location is excellent. The gym at the hotel made my stay more pleasent. The room was clean and functional. The bath was a delightful addition. The beds were comfortable. The front door is tricky to open and has to be lifted very high to activate the lock properly. The TV is basic and not internet connected. The room has no WiFi but the Mantra "Live" WiFi can be connected to and worked OK. The balcony is nice withngood views.
