The swimming pool and lounge area are on Level 2.
The BBQ and gym are on Level 11.

Important Notes
Please adhere to the Body Corporate by-laws while using public area facilities. Access to facilities cannot be guaranteed at all times due to occasional repairs, maintenance, or other issues managed by the Body Corporate.

Kindly be aware that public facilities may be unavailable due to unforeseen or scheduled maintenance organized by the building manager. As your host, I do not receive timely notifications or updates from the building management.

Please help us keep the place in good condition. We would truly appreciate it if you could follow these house rules.

• We kindly request that you respect our property and leave it in a clean condition upon your departure. Please do not move any furniture, and report any damages that occur during your stay.
• Please note that an additional cleaning fee may apply if the room is excessively dirty or messy upon checkout.
• We kindly ask that you refrain from consuming strongly scented foods, such as durian or curry, inside the room. This helps us maintain a pleasant environment for all our guests.
• Please maintain low noise levels between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. and refrain from creating any disruptive noise.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited. A $200 charge will be deducted from the security deposit for any evidence of smoking.
• No parties or events on the premises. If such activities are reported during your stay, you will be asked to vacate the property immediately, and a charge of $300 will apply for any evidence of such gatherings.
• We kindly remind our guests that pets are not permitted in our guesthouse. This policy helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all our visitors.
• If you find yourself locked out and require assistance from the manager, a $100 fee will be applicable between 10 a.m. and 10 p.m. Please be aware that we cannot assist with key-related issues after 10 p.m. each day.
• In case of a lost key, a $300 fee will be incurred for key replacement.
• The use of illegal drugs is strictly forbidden on the property. Any violations will result in immediate contact with the authorities. Violation of this rule will result in termination of your occupancy, eviction, and forfeiture of rental fees.
• Please be aware that access to the facilities in the building cannot be guaranteed, as maintenance will be conducted occasionally. We kindly ask that you adhere to the rules and available times posted on-site. Thank you for your cooperation.

The apartment was very comfortable, clean and a great location. fantastic amenities with the family spending a lot of time in the beautiful pool. Short walk to Westfield and some great coffee shops, cafes and Eddison park which is great for the kids. Emma and Roger were great to deal with very quick responses to messages with clear and concise answers which was much appreciated. thanks for a great stay :)

The apartment was lovely, very modern, as you would expect from a newbuild. A second single bed had been squeezed into the second bedroom which had obviously been designed for only one bed which made movement around the beds a bit challenging. Oher than that, while being plentiful, the pillows were flat and not up to the same standard as the rest of the apartment.

Overall nice apartment. Needs some better bench top appliances and kitchenware for those wanting to prepare their own meals. Nice heated pool and a well equipped gym. Aircon makes some clicking noises during the night that can be a bit loud and annoying. Currently there is construction next door but they didn’t start till around 7am.

We enjoyed our stay. It would be easier to have written instructions instead of videos, as the videos wouldn't always open. Also a map showing the proximity of the key pickup location to the apartment would be helpful. Lots of construction going on so roads were closed and it was confusing. The car parking spot allocated to the apartment is between two pillars, which makes it difficult to park when other cars are parked opposite etc. Great location and proximity to shopping centre and restaurants. There is a lot of construction going on adjacent to the property, so we were thankful to be there on a long weekend when there was no noisy work. It would be nice to be able to sit on the balcony and enjoy a coffee in the morning. No coffee or milk was provided in the apartment, but there were lots of teabags in the fridge. The second bedroom was difficult to walk around in-the beds take up most floorspace. We'd be happy to stay again, but I feel it was a little expensive.
