Great location, convenient, right across from beach and excellent access to beach, cafes, walking, bike rides. Grass was lovely to lie on, pool great temperature, made use of the sauna as well which was a bonus, spa nice and warm loved using this facility too. Overall excellent service, location and spot in general - loved it. thank you
Great apartment, great location with ocean views, pool and spa. Bed comfy as. Couch and smart tvs. Key is picked up from super market 900m away but worth it once you check in as the place is lovely.

Lovely quiet location yet a comfortable stroll, even for older people, from restaurants, bars etc. Slept well! Emma and Roger responsive and helpful.
Excellent location. Unfortunately there was a serious weather ‘bomb’ off the coast, so we didn’t get any of the usual Broadbeach weather! Unit is well set up, parking easy and only a few blocks to shopping centre and restaurants. Happy to recommend.

This apartment is well located, being opposite the beach, and easy walking to shops and restaurants. Its has a very comfortable bed and a well equipped kitchen. Sadly, there were a few electrical items that did not function correctly [ceiling fan, TV, lamp]. These problems were not rectified during our stay. Also, the floor was very sandy upon arrival. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay, but hope that maintainence standards could be improved.
