The messager built into the Airbnb system is a very powerful communication tool.
We use it as our main communication method with every guest.
If you need urgent service or facing an emergency, we also provide phone service as necessary.
Good location - short walking distance to chinatown, train station & shops/groceries. Due to proximity to train station, noise from trains coming and going is audible but not too loud or disruptive. Visible stains on carpets & bedding/linen. Has all basic/general amenities required. Check-in after hours is difficult, as you can only enter the locked building to retrieve the key from the mailbox by waiting until someone either enters or exits the building. This may be difficult if checking in very late at night.

Great location with an easy walk to shops, restaurants, Woolworths and the train station which meant we could leave our car in the secure car park for the entire trip. The apartment was clean and tidy and comfortable. Emma was very responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.
Great location with the train station, shops and Burwood Chinatown right across the road. Emma and Roger were incredibly responsive hosts.
The apartment is spacious with great northern views from high up, including a glimpse of the bridge! Great views and space for yoga in the morning and city lights at night. The location within Burwood is perfect, so easy to go downstairs for coffee and food, return and refresh to head out again. Also an easy walk to the railway station and we didn't need our car. The trains are not intrusive and we slept well. Secure parking onsite was also easy to use. The bathroom fan needs replacing and free to air TV channels need re-tuning. Emma and Roger were responsive to our questions and our experience matched the apartment's description Good value in a great location and we would definitely stay in this apartment again.

This place was in a great location, close to shops and transport to get us to Sydney Olympic park. They were very proactive with messaging, however, had been told very last minute that out checkin was going to be later than 3pm, leaving us unsure what to do as we had an event to attend and needed a place to store our things. They were proactive when messaging with this, which we are grateful for. Though it did cause some stress when we thought everything was in order.
