IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Please be aware of your check-in time. The front entrance of the building can only be opened without a key during business hours, Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM.If you arrive outside of these hours, you will need to follow someone who is already entering the building in order to access the front door and retrieve your key. Please note this may vary depending on building management.
• We kindly request that you respect our property and leave it in a clean condition upon your departure. Please do not move any furniture, and report any damages that occur during your stay.
• Please note that an additional cleaning fee may apply if the room is excessively dirty or messy upon checkout.
• Please be aware that due to our short-term stay, there are some permanent stains on the floor that cannot be removed. We kindly ask you to contact us with any concerns before booking.
• We kindly ask that you refrain from consuming strongly scented foods, such as durian or curry, inside the room. This helps us maintain a pleasant environment for all our guests.
• Please maintain low noise levels between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. and refrain from creating any disruptive noise.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited. A $200 charge will be deducted from the security deposit for any evidence of smoking.
• No parties or events on the premises. If such activities are reported during your stay, you will be asked to vacate the property immediately, and a charge of $300 will apply for any evidence of such gatherings.
• We kindly remind our guests that pets are not permitted in our guesthouse. This policy helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all our visitors.
• If you find yourself locked out and require assistance from the manager, a $100 fee will be applicable before 10 p.m. Please be aware that we cannot assist with key-related issues after 10 p.m. each day.
• In case of a lost key, a $200 fee will be incurred for key replacement.
• The use of illegal drugs is strictly forbidden on the property. Any violations will result in immediate contact with the authorities. Violation of this rule will result in termination of your occupancy, eviction, and forfeiture of rental fees.
• Please be aware that access to the facilities in the building cannot be guaranteed, as maintenance will be conducted occasionally. We kindly ask that you adhere to the rules and available times posted on-site. Thank you for your cooperation.

Staying at Emma and Roger's apartment was fabulous for us while we worked at Olympic Park during the Easter Show. The train was an easy 3 minute walk away, Westfield was just around the corner and Woolworths was literally across the road. There were ample Asian eateries close by, as well as fabulous massage and shopping experiences. It can be a little noisy with the train so close but with the location being so fabulous, we invested in a set of earplugs from one of the nearby chemists, to offset that. The price was right, carparking was included and we felt safe and cared for. We hope to return in the future. Thankyou Emma and Roger

Very convenient two-night midweek stay for work; the apartment is small and sparsely furnished but functional, clean, quiet and private. Highlights were the city view from the bedroom and the close proximity to the train station. Supermarkets, restaurants and shops also just a short walk away. Thanks to the hosts for their clear communication.

The apartment is very convenient, just 3 minutes walk from the train station. Very clean and tidy. Yet, the main entrance of the builiding is locked after 6pm, and we arrived late at night after landing, so we almost couldn’t get in if we couldn’t follow others to enter.
Very good location with good price. Well communication and definitely will come back in the future.

Location is great but the check-in time they use is not local time and did not mention in advance. Check in time listed is 3 pm but we waited until 4 and the agent tried to educate me it is not 3pm yet in Australia while I’m literally standing in front of the building at 3:30.
