
This is a self-contained home with 5 bedrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. We provide bedding for the number of guests booked.
Sunny lounge room:
A comfortable sofa, a smart TV, and a fireplace are perfect for unwinding after a day out. (woods will not be provided from November to April, please bring your own if you need to use the fireplace )
Family room:
A sofa and split air conditioner. We also provide a selection of board games and books to keep you entertained during your stay.
Dining area:
Dining table, dishes, and wine glasses
Fully equipped kitchen:
Oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, double-door large refrigerator, and all essentials for preparing meals.

Washer and dryer combo & iron facilities

Bedroom 2: Single bed (1.2m), closet, large glass window with view

Bedroom 5: Single bed (1.2m), originally a study room

* There are several stairs in our house, and the house is also located on a relatively steep slope.
There is a centralized air conditioning system with cooling and heating available in the living room and all bedrooms. (Rooms 3, 4, and 5 aka study room do not have air vents.)
There are ceiling fans in the lounge room, family room, and also the dining room.
Paved Patio:
A charming courtyard with outdoor furniture, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening drink. Carbon furnace BBQ facility, inviting you to gather around as the sun sets and the stars begin to twinkle. (Please bring your own barbecue charcoal and clean up the BBQ promptly after use.)
Car Parks:
Covered parking is available for two cars, and the driveway can fit an additional two vehicles. Free street parking is also an option. However, please note that the driveway is very long and steep. If your car has a low chassis, we recommend parking on the street and walking up the slope to the house, which takes about two to three minutes.
Highchair and Baby cot (without linen) are available on request. Please inform us at least 1 day in advance.

• Please note that an additional cleaning fee may apply if the room is excessively dirty or messy upon checkout.
• Please maintain low noise levels between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. and refrain from creating any disruptive noise.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited. A $200 charge will be deducted from the security deposit for any evidence of smoking.
• No parties or events on the premises. If such activities are reported during your stay, you will be asked to vacate the property immediately, and a charge of $500 will apply for any evidence of such gatherings.
• We kindly remind our guests that pets are not permitted in our townhouse. This policy helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all our visitors.
• If you find yourself locked out and require assistance from the manager, a $100 fee will be applicable before 10 p.m. Please be aware that we cannot assist with key-related issues after 10 p.m. each day.
• In case of a lost key, a $200 fee will be incurred for key replacement.
• The use of illegal drugs is strictly forbidden on the property. Any violations will result in immediate contact with the authorities. Violation of this rule will result in termination of your occupancy, eviction, and forfeiture of rental fees.

This house is simply perfect in every way! Nestled atop a hill in Adelaide, it offers breathtaking panoramic views of the entire city. The house is beautifully designed with a charming rustic, wooden structure that exudes a cozy, countryside feel. Despite being located on a hill, the location is incredibly convenient, just a 15min drive to the city, 15min to Cleland Wildlife Park, and only about 20min to the picturesque German town of Hahndorf, with no traffic to worry about. For anyone traveling by car, this is the ideal base. The house features 5 spacious bedrooms, which is more than enough for three families to stay comfortably. The value for money is unmatched. There’s also a cozy living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, making it perfect for multiple families to cook and enjoy meals together. Out of the five places we stayed during our Australian trip, this was by far the most exceptional experience. Without a doubt, it was the highlight of our entire journey.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb while attending the Beer and BBQ Festival in Adelaide. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The location was also super convenient, close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. We'd definitely stay here again next time we're in town. Highly recommend!

Beautiful house on hillside. Glorious views. Beautifully lit up with party lights that come on automatically at night. Very clean, warm. Steep driveway requires some skill to access. Good responsive hosts. Except when we asked if we could have early check-in, and they said they would check with cleaners, and let us know, but never did. There were 3 double bedrooms and 2 single bedrooms. Converting one of the larger rooms into 2 single beds or 4 bunk beds would have allowed for more flexible sleeping arrangements. It was difficult to cook for 8 guests as the pots and saucepans were not big enough. Otherwise, it was a very spacious and well-equipped kitchen. But there were far more positives than negatives about this house. I would happily book it again.
