Loved our stay here! The apartment was spotless, well-kept, and had a really nice, comfortable vibe. The area is amazing too — super convenient with shops, cafes, and attractions all within walking distance. Overall, a great experience and definitely worth recommending!
Lovely apartment with a great view!
I highly recommend the apartment if you are planning to stay within The Star complex. However, we had events elsewhere on the Gold Coast, which made it a little tricky getting in and out, and no guarantee of a car space upon return. Lovely clean apartment and helpful hosts.
Enjoyed my 1-week stay at Star Residences. Property is comfortable, well maintained and has a good view from the master bedroom. Communication with the host was very easy. Wait times for the lift were long at peak times on the weekend, but manageable with a little patience. I’d stay here again.
Very nice view and close to restaurants and beach
Great unit to stay, close to the beach, pacific fair only across the road and the tram stop pretty much at your front door to go see other places. Lots of restaurants in the casino.

My colleague and I stayed for a conference at the conference centre. The apartment was perfect. We had some rainy days while we were there but there was a covered walkway all the way to the conference centre. The apartment was great we had a bathroom each, a key each. We had everything we needed. Views to the beach. Easy access to the beach, restaurants, pacific fair shopping centre, casino, trams and buses. Thanks for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
The Gold Coast Casino Star Residences apt was lovely. Beautiful inside, very clean, great views of ocean and the canal, comfortable beds. Host was very responsive, professional & helpful. Regarding free parking you can park at Casino carparking building and if you use your membership card you buy over $25 of food,drinks or gambling and take it to car parking desk to get it free. Apparently, the deals can change but so it's worth calling casino to ask. You can park first then sign up for the membership card then still use it when you leave.

It was an excellent stay. The house was clean, well-equipped, and conveniently located, with the beach close by. The host was professional and responsible, even reminding us about items we had misplaced. Highly recommended.
