Room Allocation: During peak periods or unforeseen circumstances, guests may be relocated to another apartment of the same quality and standard. We will notify you if a relocation is necessary.
Apartment Condition: As the property is regularly enjoyed by guests, some areas may show minor signs of wear and tear but remain fully functional.
Nature & Pest Control: Australia is a nature-rich country, and occasional insects are inevitable despite our regular professional pest control. Insect spray is provided in the apartment for your use. Should you encounter an unusual amount of pests, please contact us so we can assist.

The apartment was very well appointed, beds were good, linen crisp and clean. The building clean and safe, I was a little weird about the key pick up but it was good. The hosts were great, very commutative, positive, helpful. Downstairs there is a little cafe, the Portuguese Tarts were amazing, highly recommend, good coffee too. (Lisboa Cafe May 2026). FishLane food and bars were very close and great for eating out, cheap or nice restaurant. I would definitely recommend!

Made this booking for a HYROX competition and it was great that this Airbnb provided peace, quiet, comfort, and all the needed amenities to help me feel ultimately race ready and stress free! Location was great as it was only a 4-5 minute walk to the local IGA and also about 10-15 minute walk to a street full of restaurants! Given my flights were cancelled and I had to drive up from Sydney, and having arrived at 6 in the morning, the process to get into the Airbnb was extremely easy which was great!

Emma and Roger’s placer was better than expected ! Very spacious, clean and great location that was close to everything we needed, but still far enough removed to feel private. We had a wonderful stay and recommend booking in. We will definitely look at booking in again.
