We can host a maximum of 4 guests, It is a fantastic place to stay in Leura and features:
- First bedroom with a double bed
- second bedroom with 2 single beds
- 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, washing machine and toilet
- 1 living room with a sofa and a smart TV
- outdoor decking around the cottage with outdoor furniture
- 1 full-size kitchen including a fridge, a gas cooktop, an oven, a microwave and a dishwasher.
- 2 parking spots next to the building and also on the driveway
- There is an air conditioning unit in the living room, and fans are available in the bedrooms.
- Backyard is not available for guest use.
- Please note that the gas heater is available from April to September every year.
- There is a CCTV installed at the property and facing the main entrance.
This house would be a perfect choice for families and friends to have a holiday or short break in Leura.

While we enjoyed our stay at this cottage I wished I had read all the previous comments. Like others we followed the instructions but could not get TV reception. The scan showed no stations. The linen in the second bedroom with the two single beds was unacceptable. There were no fitted and top sheets but a double sheet folded in half. There was a sign asking visitors not to take other sheets out of the cupboard as they were for the next guests. Clearly people were trying to make the bed properly so they could sleep comfortably. The bathroom was strange. While I liked the idea of the basin above the toilet feeding the cistern, the vanity basin was turned off at the wall so we had to clean our teeth over the toilet and could not wash our hands in hot water. Both bedrooms had locked doors into the balcony and high inaccessible window, so no ventilation. If these issues were addressed this would be a great place to stay
Nice clean property, clean and tidy
We really enjoyed our staying at the cottage with our two children. Lovely space with gorgeous views. Would definitely recommend if visiting the blue mountains !
Emma and Roger's place was beautiful with the balcony overlooking the forest to the rear. The wifi did cut out during our stay but Emma had notified us prior that they were having the Wifi looked at due to the recent high winds knocking it out. Communication was amazing and would definitely stay again. The wifi did not affect us as reception to the area is great so was able to hotspot to my phone data when I needed the internet for work. There were a lot of little features in the decor that had a personal touch and not what you see at most Airbnb's which made it feel like a home more than paid accommodation.
This beautiful cabin is in a great location with a stunning bush outlook. We had tech troubles with the tv and wifi which we couldn’t use and was an inconvenience with young children, however appreciated the hosts open and responsive communication. It’s a well set up cabin that is a great option for Leura.
A very comfortable cabin in a lovely spot. The two single beds only had a thin cover and no sheets. This was very strange to me but we slept on this. In the morning I checked the drawers and there were fitted sheets and flat sheets in there. Disappointing that the television didn’t work. Karen
Lovely place in the heart of the Blue Mountains very quite and feels like home
The cottage was beautiful and isolated. It was in a great location, 5 minutes away from Katoomba. Hosts were great and were thorough with their instructions
We only stayed for one night but the time we spent at Emma's was pleasant. The view to the bushland is lovely and the house had everything we needed.

Good base to have. It is a track down so be careful in a car especially in the dark. We got to explore and enjoy it here.
