The one-bedroom apartment is also situated in the bustling business district and in close proximity to The Concourse, which serves as the cultural hub of the North Shore and is renowned as one of Sydney’s top entertainment venues.
This apartment can host a maximum of 4 guests
The stylish self-contained apartment features:
- Living area with a sofa bed and dining area
Please note that there will be extra cost when using the sofa bed. If you need to use it, please book for at least 3 guests.
- Full kitchen with stove, fridge, oven, dishwasher and coffee maker
- Bedroom with a Queen size bed, closet, and TV
- Bathroom with shower over a bath.
- Laundry with washing machine and dryer
The check-in time is from 3 pm to 9 pm. If you arrive after 9 pm, please inform us.
There is a reverse cycle central air conditioning unit that is thermostat-controlled.
• There is NO PARKING available with us. Please find a space in the shopping mall next to the building.

• Professional hotel linen and toiletries; (*Due to safety and environmental issues, toiletries are provided in a small pack for about 3 day usage. Please bring your own toiletries if you plan to stay longer. **)
The superior facilities in the building offer a perfect retreat after a long day exploring local areas. You will have full access to all the facilities including:
- Indoor swimming pool, spa, and sauna room on level 1
- Fully equipped fitness center on level 1
Please abide by the Body Corporate by-laws while using the facilities in public areas. We cannot always guarantee access to the facilities due to maintenance and repair conducted by the Body Corporate.
We stayed here for 3 nights, They were amazing hosts and the room was perfect. Will stay here again
has everything one would have at home and is an ideal spot for someone staying away for work. I really enjoyed the stay with heaps of streaming options and small things from herbs and spices to toiletries

Had a very peaceful stay
The place was very central and near a lot of restaurants and shops. Train and metro stations are just a few steps away. Parking can be tricky when unloading huge luggages and no spot in the unloading zone. Lots of pay parking around the area during peak hours. Some Street parking if you're lucky after hours. The place was clean and has basic things you need in an airbnb. The sofa was not set up for the kids, however, the owners were quick to send the cleaner to bring sheets. Overall, very nice centrally located apartment. Will stay again in the future.
I had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was convenient, and the host was friendly and responsive. Everything was well thought out, from check-in to amenities. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!
This accommodation is clean and everything is well-organized. The location is excellent — very, very close to the station, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores nearby. While the provided amenities are minimal, they do include laundry detergent, basic kitchenware, dish soap, and essentials for showering. What I appreciated the most was the location and the surrounding environment. If I visit Sydney again, I would definitely want to stay here again.

The apartment was very spacious, comfortable bedroom and big living area. The location was good for getting into the city on the train easily, however not much in the area apart from the station and shopping centre. Kitchen was poorly equipped and without kitchen roll, we were told we had to buy this and also more toilet roll (not much provided)
