Please abide by the Body Corporate by-laws while using the facilities in public areas. We cannot always guarantee access to the facilities due to occasional repair, maintenance, or any other issues conducted by the Body Corporate.
The messager built into the Airbnb system is a very powerful communication tool.
We use it as our main communication method with every guest.
If you need urgent service or facing an emergency, we also provide phone service as necessary.
Fantastic stay, beds were super comfortable and the view breath taking, great location and everything very close by. Would definitely stay again!
Gorgeous modern apartment with everything you need for a little family getaway (just make sure you pack your own pool / beach towels). Great location, INCREDIBLE views, quiet, squeaky clean, wifi, TVs in all rooms, walk to shops and beach. Make sure you read the check in guide for all the tips on how to find your way around as it is pretty high tech. Heated pools and spa were huge favourite of the kids. Very quick to respond and help. Will be back.
I had a great stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth and easy, and communication was straightforward. Would definitely stay again.
The apartment itself was clean, modern, and had a great view — no complaints there. The only tricky part was finding the parking — the address listed takes you to the loading dock area at the back of the building. It took a couple of laps around before I realised the actual guest parking is via the LOADING DOCK of the hotel, so clearer instructions would really help future guests. Also, during the stay I received messages about saving electricity and gas to help the environment. I understand the sentiment, but it came across a little like a reminder or lecture rather than a simple notice. Just something to be aware of if you prefer a more hands-off hosting style. Overall, a good stay once settled in, but a bit more clarity and a lighter touch on the messages would make the experience even better.

The place was clean and very spacious. The location was within walking distance from the shops and restaurants at Surfers Paradise.
It’s was a beautiful place to stay and I did find it wheelchair accessible with a push wheelchair for the most part 🌸
