Access: The building is equipped with lift access.
Parking: One secure basement parking space is included with this apartment.

Check-in & Key Collection: Key collection is just a 3-minute walk from your building entrance, and operates 24 hours.
Room Allocation: During peak periods or unforeseen circumstances, guests may be relocated to another apartment of the same quality and standard. We will notify you if a relocation is necessary.
Apartment Condition: As the property is regularly enjoyed by guests, some areas may show minor signs of wear and tear but remain fully functional.
Nature & Pest Control: Australia is a nature-rich country, and occasional insects are inevitable despite our regular professional pest control. Insect spray is provided in the apartment for your use. Should you encounter an unusual amount of pests, please contact us so we can assist.

The superior facilities in the building offer a perfect retreat after a long day exploring local areas. You will have full access to all the facilities including:

Please abide by the Body Corporate by-laws while using the facilities in public areas. We cannot always guarantee access to the facilities due to occasional repair, maintenance, or any other issues conducted by the Body Corporate.
We are a professional property management team and are available to assist you throughout your stay.

The view of the CBD from the apartment is amazing, especially at night. The location was a quick walk from South Bank and transport. Great beds. Thanks Emma and Roger!
We enjoyed our stay at Emma & Rodger’s place. Awesome location, easy walk to train station & ferry! Lots of lovely restaurants nearby also Emma was responsive and flexible, would stay here again :)
It was a nice apartment with good beds. The train nearby made sleeping in impossible. The apartment could have been more comprehensively stocked eg salt and pepper and a coffee plunger or machine. The washing machine and dryer did not work. The car park was too small. The pool was closed

Perfect apartment, amazing rooftop pool and city views! Easily accessible to the CBD and surrounding areas! Hosts replied quickly and were very helpful, overall highly recommended!
Absolutely fantastic location, 10 minutes walk to Southbank. Next to the train station which was so convenient for me but yes you could hear the train noise but everything else far outweighed that! Apartment had fantastic city views, was super clean, comfortable lounge, main bed was firm and supportive but with a super comfortable mattress topper which was perfect for me. My daughter was in the 2nd bedroom said the bed was lovely and soft and said it was like sleeping on a cloud! If I had to find a down side, it would be that it’d be nice if there was salt, pepper and cooking oil provided but otherwise it’s just perfect. And the rooftop infinity pool was amazing!!! Will definitely be back!

Emma & Roger’s place was a great base for exploring Brisbane and South Bank. Everything was so close and easy to get to. Kids loved the pool too!
