The studio is also situated in the bustling business district and in close proximity to The Concourse, which serves as the cultural hub of the North Shore and is renowned as one of Sydney’s top entertainment venues.
This apartment can host a maximum of 4 guests
The stylish self-contained apartment features:
- living area with a Queen bed (Combined with 2 singles, no separate), a double-size sofa bed, and TV.
(Please note, there is an extra cost to use the sofa bed)
- Bathroom with shower over a bath.
- Laundry with washing machine
The check-in time is from 3 pm to 9 pm. If you arrive after 9 pm. Please must inform us.
There is a Smart TV, a fridge, a microwave, and blackout curtains in the unit. There is a reverse cycle central air conditioning unit that is thermostat-controlled.
• There is NO PARKING available with us. Please find a space in the shopping mall next to the building.
*Please use the building guest wifi.

The superior facilities in the building offer a perfect retreat after a long day exploring local areas. You will have full access to all the facilities including:
- Indoor swimming pool, spa, and sauna room on level 1
- Fully equipped fitness center on level 1
Please abide by the Body Corporate by-laws while using the facilities in public areas. We cannot always guarantee access to the facilities due to maintenance and repair conducted by the Body Corporate.
Great accommodation, so close to the train station and surrounded by great restaurants and cafes. Good size room, nice to have the couch as well as the bed and it was clean and tidy.
Had a wonderful stay! The place was clean and comfortable. The location was also perfect, close to shops and public transport. The hosts were welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication super easy. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would happily stay again.

The location is great, just a block to the metro/train station with lots of restaurants, shopping mall and anything you may need at your front door. The studio was tidy with almost everything you need for a short stay. There is no dishwasher or cooking facilities, just a microwave and a small fridge, so for longer stays may not be ideal.
房间有点旧，但是打扫得很干净，我们一家三口住得很舒服，周围餐厅交通都很方便。

stayed in the place for a week and my husband,daughter and I were happy with this accommodation. clean bed, clean facility, but most of all it was close to the bus stations, and metro(5 min walk). a lot of asian restaurants are there and it's not too far from the city. the place is highly recommended!
