Bathroom & Laundry
Bathroom: 1 bathroom featuring a shower over bathtub and toilet.
Internal Laundry: Equipped with a washing machine.
Core Amenities
Kitchenette: Includes a fridge, microwave, and basic essentials suitable for preparing light meals.
Climate Control: Reverse-cycle central air conditioning with individual thermostat control.
Connectivity: Complimentary building guest Wi-Fi is provided.
Extras: We provide professional hotel-quality linen and a starter pack of toiletries (approximately a 3-day supply), along with complimentary instant coffee and tea.
Building Access & Parking
Access: The building is equipped with lift access.
Parking: No parking is included with this apartment. Paid public parking is available at the neighbouring shopping centre.
Important Information
Check-in: Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. If you expect to arrive after 9:00 PM, please notify us in advance. Key collection is approximately a 5-minute walk from the building entrance.
Sofa Bed: Use of the sofa bed is available for an additional setup fee.
Apartment Condition: As the property is regularly enjoyed by guests, some areas may show minor signs of wear and tear but remain fully functional.
Nature & Pest Control: Australia is a nature-rich country, and occasional insects are inevitable despite our regular professional pest control. Insect spray is provided in the apartment for your convenience. Should you encounter an unusual amount of pests, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist.

The superior facilities in the building offer a perfect retreat after a long day exploring local areas. You will have full access to all the facilities including:
- Indoor swimming pool, spa, and sauna room on level 1
- Fully equipped fitness center on level 1
Please abide by the Body Corporate by-laws while using the facilities in public areas. We cannot always guarantee access to the facilities due to maintenance and repair conducted by the Body Corporate.
We are a professional property management team and are available to assist you throughout your stay.
We are primarily available via the booking platform and will respond to your messages promptly between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM (AEST, Brisbane time).
For urgent matters, you may also contact us by phone, and we will do our best to assist as quickly as possible.
We respect your privacy and generally do not meet guests in person unless required.

Good location
The Airbnb was basic. Good price for Sydney but had no charm. No hand towells and hair dryer was lacking power. TV was not a smart one so only had tv chanels . I think for over $300 a night this doesnt represent great value for me but many others have loved it. Bed was comfortable
Emma and Roger were very responsive when we asked for any help or guidance. Their airbnb was very convenient and the location was great for going out to other places and was very close to the shopping centre. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying at their airbnb if you need to convenient place to live in Sydney
Conveniently located small studio within Mantra Chatswood. Very responsive host and all the essentials are provided (except a toaster). Only downside was long lift wait times, as 2 of the 3 lifts were out of service during the stay. Overall a practical option.

Perfect location ! Host responsiveness was good.only set back were no kitchen and need to pick up key card from the other side of the station.

Great accommodation, so close to the train station and surrounded by great restaurants and cafes. Good size room, nice to have the couch as well as the bed and it was clean and tidy.
